I had a wonderful experience with Mariana, who is professional and friendly and offers her services for amazing prices. She helped me alter this zippered formal dress for a wedding from a US size 4 to size 0 and fixed one of the straps. I am absolutely thrilled with the result! 10/10 recommended and will definitely be coming back for any alteration needs in the future!

Mariana is great! She's super responsive, her prices are good and she does quick, excellent work. I had a ton of stuff that needed altered in different ways, she did everything exactly how I wanted and it looks great. She makes everything so easy that now I don't worry about something not fitting me properly, I know that I can take it to her and it won't be stressful at all. In the photos I posted, the work she did was: elastic waistbands on the skirts so they fit me, and the hem was taken up in the yellow dress.

Mariana recently repaired split at the pocket stress-point of a favorite pair of jeans. Not only is the work beautifully done (from the outside you can barely tell there was a repair), but working with Mariana was very pleasant. It was easy to schedule a time to meet with her and her location in Lavapies is easily accessible. Mariana speaks English and Spanish, which made doing business with her very easy for a guiri like me! Her prices are very reasonable for the work that she does. Mariana is absolutely amazing! She is so accommodating and personable. She speaks both English and Spanish and helps you feel confident with the alterations she makes in your clothes. She says that her hems will be done in a week, but it is always much sooner than that. I highly recommend Mariana :) Ive been seeing her since 2021 & feel so happy in the pants she has hemmed for me. I had a wonderful experience with Mariana. She altered 3 dresses and a jumpsuit for me and all had different requirements - shortening, new zipper, taking up straps. It was a very easy and pleasant experience. The work was done impeccably and she was super responsive and speedy. Note - She works from her home, so an appointment is necessary. I neglected to read the 'about section' and was very grateful she could fit me in. I'll very happily return!

I'm living in Madrid for a couple of months and only have a certain amount of pants with me; one of them needed a small reparation and after contacting Mariana, she immediately took care of this (for a very good price!), in a brilliant way; looks like new!

She is also very fluent in English, which makes it easier for someone who is just learning Spanish.
