Brilliant hotel, great location, good value, lovely swimming pool. The staff were very attentive - I left a dress behind in my wardrobe and they took great care to get it back to me in England. Will stay again.

We needed our boarding passes printed. To our best fortune Marcos was working at the desk. He graciously guided us through the technicalities of sending the boarding passes to him. He printed them for us and sent us on our way with a warm smile. Marcos was the best!

We visited MBE to send some boxes back to Sydney. Marcos was so helpful. He was very patient, friendly and professional. We took the boxes back to our hotel then returned to MBE. Mail Boxes Etc (MBE 2980) did a great job with my UPS shipment. Marcos and his team did a wonderful job, and Marcos speaks English very well. I needed important documents shipped from US to Madrid. Read reviews of DHL, UPS and FedEx. Choose UPS based on shipping and receiving locations and overall reviews. Choose to have the package shipped to Mail Boxes Etc. because I had read about problems with missed deliveries in Spain. UPS said they attempted delivery at 10:27, but the shop was closed. Marcos assured me that the shop had been open since 09:30. He called UPS, and had the package within an hour! I would have spent days trying to track it down. Well worth the 10 euro fee!!!!

I highly recommend this company. They were able to find - on more than one occasion - a solution to my particular transport needs. Very helpful and reliable. Quick in communication. Fragile parcels, in my case, packed to perfection.

Marcos helped me coordinate delivery from Madrid to Marbella on short notice. He was patient, kind, responsive, and very willing to help! Highly recommend this MBE location!

I forget to write reviews (although I always read them!) but this great experience merits me remembering to take the time to review! I had a wonderful vacation in Spain and purchased way more than I would ever be able to put in my luggage! The most beautiful ceramic plates, some special wines, clothing and shoes ...... ok so I went a little overboard on my budget and the dilemma was how to get it all back to the US. That’s when I discovered the newly opened Mail Boxes Etc on Pizarro Street in Madrid! What a life saver. Extremely professional staff , very customer service oriented and so efficient. Even though I speak Spanish, the staff speaks English so that between the two languages we were able to communicate perfectly! They carefully wrapped everything and shipped it home for me. Really simplified my life and was a great way to end my Spain vacation- no stress. Thank you everyone at Mail Boxes for taking such good care of my “treasures” and for being so delightful to work with. I highly recommend you and your business and will be back! .

Our experience with Javier and Santiago at Mail Boxes Etc on C/ de Pizarro was excellent. They were extremely helpful and showed patience no matter how many times we asked questions or emailed them. The entire staff was courteous and professional and very helpful. I tried communicating in Spanish, as it was my preference. However, when things became too difficult to understand they switched to English. They all speak English which was very useful.
The price is VERY reasonable. We shipped 20 boxes and everything arrived the following day, in good condition. We even shipped bicycles! Everything arrived on time and with no issues. Would definitely recommend Mail Box on C/ Pizarro!!! 5 stars!!

My items were expertly packaged leaving no doubt that they would arrive with no problems, such as breakage. As a result, everything was delivered with no problems or issues. I will always use their services, they're the best!!!

Perfect and friendly service. I was sending some artworks with Mail Boxes 2980. The packing was perfect and everything worked out great.

I had just finished my Erasmus in Madrid but at the time of my return to Italy I couldn’t put all my stuff in my luggages. I had my flight back home on 19 December in the evening and I was a bit worried because I realized only in the morning (of the same day) while packing that I didn’t have enough space!
Fortunately, I found out that near my apartment there was a Mail Boxes Etc. So I took everything that didn’t fit in my bags and went right down there. They really helped me and found the best solution for me, as well as being very kind, friendly and professional!! They provide a great service, indeed I received my package only 4 days later, as they said to me.
I came back home quieter and glad to see that there are still people like them who are so helpful and knowledgeable!
I highly recommend it and if I ever go back to Madrid I’ll definitely use it again. Thank you very much!
