Pajaritos mojados

I had the pork nachos and pork burger. Very good. If getting anything from here I recommend the pork. Very tasty and went well with everything else. Every bite I took was savory.. I had to cherish every moment as if it were my last. What if I never get to bite into this again? I couldn’t waste that opportunity.

We popped in here by chance on our way to a nearby gig. Great cosy atmosphere and equally good service. Quality cocktails...... wine, beer and vermut! What more do you want? We never ate but the food looked amazing too.
We also went back after the gig... and it was even better ;-)

Very nice little bar/restaurant with only a few small tables in the back. In the bar-area are a few high tables. The interior is cozy and well designed. Staff is very friendly. The food is great. Good hummus and bread with among others, a perfect hamburger, super pulled pork and spicy turkey. Not expensive. Had a perfect meal, with drinks, with 4, for € 50.=. Highly recommended. It's best to reserve a table.

i loved the place! delicious food, especially the mix of fried potatoes. the best potatoes i've had in my life, really 😋 they have a burger with avocado paste, i liked it a LOT. and a cool menu too. our server was smily and nice, she spoke English too, which is a good bonus here. they gave us candy at the end which was so sweet in both meanings ♥

Good place with a great service. I enjoyed dining here and chatting with the bar staff who speaks several languages ​​including Spanish, Portuguese, English, French and more. Hello and forget about haters 🖖🏾

Friendly, unique, and an intriguing menu that leaves you wanting to come back to try more. Mezcal tasting tray sets this place apart. Fantastic to see places doing something different. Great and knowledgeable staff.

Pajaritos Mojados is a wonderful place to either grab a bite or just a cocktail with friends. They have a great menu of different sandwiches (including vegetarian options), and amazing sides like their Batatas with spicy sauce.

Their cocktails are very good and generous, and they have a good variety of tequila and mezcal as well.

They also have a sandwich of the month with this month was Fried Calamari, and it was wonderful!

The food was great and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Great option for a small group of friends.

¡Es muy muy rica! - No, honestly, this was so good. I loved it. The food is super affordable compared to other places in this area (I paid 14€ for a drink + pulled pork burger) and the staff is just so nice. Tried to improve my Spanish skills, and they would only respond in English when I didn't know any further. Definitely go here if you don't want to go wrong.

This place is an absolute gem. I’ve been living in this neighborhood for a little over a year and had no idea this gem existed. Came upon it a couple of nights ago and this is one of the better burger joints I’ve been to in Madrid. Mad props to the process of actually cooking the burger to the desired preference (I like my burger patty dead af). This place is fire. If you’re in the La Latina/Palacio neighborhood, do yourself a favor. It’s a small spot like many in Madrid and the food is bomb, as is the decor and overall atmosphere is straight flames. Don’t forget the staff, super cool and nice, all of them who helped when I visited. I just had a really good time here. Thanks for everything. I’ll definitely be back...with some friends.

Update: I actually came back with some friends many times for beers, wine, and burgers. Still fire

Honestly the most delicious burger I ever had. I really recommend the "ave mojada". It's a very cosy place and the cocktails are also great.

They served us very fancy nachos even after closing the kitchen- which was super cool of them. We had wonderful cocktails, michelada, and the best mezcal I’ve had after a great explanation about the difference between the differences between the different kinds. The staff were very friendly and the decor was nice as well.

I had a very nice burger here with a delicious sweet potato fries, highly recommended to have with your sandwich.

Very good burgers in a small but very nice place. The waiters are very nice and attentive. I can only recommend everyone to visit Pajaritos mojados if you are in the area!
And I hope the waiter will visit Cologne next time he will be in Germany ;)
