Emergency consultation to get prescription for maintenance drugs, following missed connection at airport and separation from luggage for 3 days. Excellent service from Dra. Luisa and admin staff. Fortunately I had scanned copies of the relevant prescriptions from my usual doctors on my laptop. A pen drive would also serve. I recommend all travellers on any prescription medication to take this simple precaution.

I called them at 10 Am, the doc showed up at 10:45AM in my hotel room, very nice and friendly guy. He did his diagnosis, emailed me the prescription. payed €130, my antibiotics each cost €7. Very reasonable. If you need a doc quickly, call them. Highly recommend

Found this gem of a clinic for an urgent care visit while on vacation in Madrid. From the moment we walked in, it was evident we were in good hands.

The front desk staff greeted us warmly and with empathy, handled our international documents with ease, and did their absolute best to communicate with us.

Dr. Grillet's bedside manner was impeccable, and spoke perfect English. After a thorough checkup, he quickly diagnosed the reason for our visit, and ensured we were able to get the prescription we needed.

Besides receiving top-notch, quality care, it was amazing (and educating) to experience first hand what non-industrialized health care feels like. We wished we could pack up the whole office and bring them with us back here to the U.S. to take care of us again.

Highly recommend if you need pre-travel Covid testing to return home! We booked our appointments online and paid in person. The staff spoke English, the tests were professionally conducted and efficient. They gave us all the necessary documentation for our flight. The clinic is centrally located in Madrid and easy to get to by public transit. It really took a lot of worry out of the process for us. Thank you!

My wife was suffering from a severe case of hives (the result of apparent allergic reaction to sea food). Desperate for relief we had tried to locate and contact several urgent care clinics to visit. Either the clinic would say they couldnt accommodate us because of overflow or they simply didnt answer the phone. Desperate because her conditioning was worsening, we finally contacted Clinica Santamarta. Within less than an hour, we had a physician (Jorge Cure) knocking on our door. Because the companies English speaking operator asked the right questions about her symptoms the doctor was fully prepared and arrived with the appropriate medications. Her relief from the severe pain quickly followed. The doctor provided us two prescriptions which were quickly filled by a local pharmacy. The cost of 125 Euros was worth every penny avoiding the hassle of finding an urgent care/hospital, taking a cab to these locations, waiting for hours before a doctor would see my wife, and then having to return to our apartment thus subjecting my wife an additional day of unnecessary suffering. And we able to pay for the treatment by credit. We cannot endorse the company enough.

So nice, for 130.00 Euros, doctor came right ti the hotel, gave me a hypocrite for my back pain and refilled my perscriptions so I could go home. He was here 30 minutes after I called. Very nice doctor, very professional and it was so much easier than going to the hospital here in Madrid.

Amazing experience with Clinica Santamarta. The doctor was at my apartment within an hour and provided very good service. I had no insurance so I was happy to see the price was not much more than my co-pay in the US ;)

Mi experiencia personal es para Enrico, fisioterapeuta. Durante cinco años he tenido dolores espantosos en la articulación de la mandíbula, hasta el punto de estar en tratamiento por dolor crónico. Fue ponerme en sus manos y resolvió el problema en un par de sesiones. Recomiendo ampliamente la clínica, el personal ha sido siempre muy amable, de diez.

Acudí a la Clínica Santamarta para realizarme el tratamiento de descompresión axial vertebral. El tratamiento mejoró mucho las molestias que tenía en la espalda. El trato recibido por parte de todo el equipo y en especial de Enrico, el fisioterapeuta, quien me acompañó y guio durante todo el proceso, fue de 10 y no puedo tener más que palabras de agradecimiento.
