Trattoria d'Alfredo

Amazing food, and the service was excellent. We had two amazing starters, a carbonara, a pistachio pesto, and a rib ragú. Can’t imagine how it could have been any better. Best Italian I have had in Madrid.

This intimate restaurant is a hidden gem. Authentic in both decor and food. The menu is what Alfredo has chosen to cook for the day; he greets each table and describes in detail the offerings. Our party of six shared two starters of Burrata with olive tapenade, plus an order of grilled octopus. We then moved on to 4 pastas—carbonara, eggplant and cherry tomatoes, and 2 linguine with clams. Finished with a ‘grande’ cannoli and pistachio tiramisu….and limoncello (on the house!). Everything was delicious!

If you like the Italian cuisine Alfredo is the right place to have the real Italian food. It is an amazing place with a very professional crew. Row fish carpaccio, pasta etc... are very good. I am Italian and for me it is very difficult what is the best. Anything I tasted was special.

I loved it, this is the real Italian food, Alfredo is very nice and his food is excellent, the local is pretty good and the staff is very nice, there is no menu Alfredo will come to your table and announce the food, something I would recommend is having more traditional dishes and a fix menu(for example on your menu you can have spaghetti bolognesa, pizza ..) and then apart from that you can have what Alfredo announces(this would make it even better) the artichokes were incredible and the pasta even better, I highly recommend this place and the price are ok too.

Overall a great food experience. Authentic Italian food, mostly pasta. Nice appetizers, save room for deserts. Careful wine selection and superb staff.

Amazing food, super friendly place. We were here for lunch (4 hours) with friends and little kids. We definetly come back.

He viajado desde Asturias solo para probar su Carbonara. Desde Alfredo hasta el cielo se puede ir sin peaje. No olvidar su postre sorpresa😌

Pequeño Restaurante Siciliano. La carta cambia constantemente dependiendo de los productos de temporada y frescura. Muy auténtico, la comida estuvo espectacular. Nos atendió el dueño Alfredo y nos fue de maravilla con el, muy amigable y simpático.

Alfredo y su mujer regentan esta trattoria con pocas mesas, mucho encanto que te trasladan a la misma Sicilia. La selección de la materia prima es muy cuidada y la calidad muy alta. Traen la pasta dos veces por semana de Gragnano y hasta la grappa es casera.

No tienen carta, compraron y crean sus platos según lo que haya en el mercado. Dejaros aconsejar.
