Finca Llíber (Casa Rural)

We had a wonderful few weeks at the Cabana. Sacha provided us with so many delicious delicacies that we can't thank her enough. Both Sacha and Schelto were always friendly and helpful. Be it with suggestions for restaurants or a list of the local markets.
The chickens provided not only very tasty eggs but also entertaining company (love especially to Nora, the little rascal).
The location of the Finca is a good starting point for beautiful hikes in the region and also not too far for beach visits.
We returned home blissfully relaxed and would love to come back again sometime.

We stayed with our group of 9 in this gorgeous property for 8 days. We were very impressed by the facilities, surrounding area and very accommodating hosts. Finca Lliber offers a fantastic outdoor kitchen, private indoor kitchens, a lovely pool and idyllic and stylish seating areas with panoramic views of the mountains and nearby villages. Hosts helped us to find our way to the many activities in the area (e.g. hiking in the mountains, paddle boarding and wine tasting). It was fun to meet the pet chickens and enjoy their eggs. Overall a great stay and we can't wait to return one day.

My best friend and I celebrated our birthdays at Finca Lliber and couldn't have asked for a more ideal location. We stayed in the small wooden house at the back of the property. The house itself has a rustic charm while being outfitted with high quality furnishings and equipment (comfortable bed, fully stocked kitchen with good pots, lovely plate ware, glasses, linens), incredible attention to detail with lots of love and care. Our hosts Schelto and Sasha were very attentive/friendly/easy going while respecting our space and privacy. They provided us with treats every morning (fresh ground coffee, farm fresh eggs, baked goods) and Schelto gave us some great travel tips include google map directions to a beautiful local restaurant via an incredible backroad with views across the hills to the ocean - amazing but not for anyone who doesn't like mountain roads or heights. It was too cold for us to enjoy the pool but the views from the front of the property are epic. The front porch of the small house is also the perfect spot for private yoga practice. I look forward to returning with my partner and other friends. Highly recommend!

Great place for a relaxing holiday. Owners Schelto and Sacha are exceptional hosts, making the stay unforgettable. Great location for hiking, and also nice beaches nearby.

Our second stay at Finca Lliber with Sasha and Schelto. This time we came to "work": picking olives at some of the estates in the area. Sasha and Schelto, together with the hosts from the other participating locations made sure that every day was a treat. Great food and wine, wonderful people to spend the day and evening with and the relaxing atmosphere of the Finca. Can't wait to plan our next visit.

A perfect casa! We had a week here and enjoyed every single moment; from the quaint countryside, the most welcoming hosts and the array of great amenities we couldn’t fault a thing! Would highly recommend to all friends and family for a relaxed stay in a great location, close to some beautiful beaches and villages! Perfect!

The hosts are superb and welcoming, not to mention they are able to provide a wealth of information about the area, the people, culture, hikes, beaches, even wine and olive oil production. The accommodations are first-rate as well, being very comfortable, quiet, and thoughtfully provisioned with everything you could possibly need. We stayed here for three weeks and would have loved to have stayed much much longer!

Sacha and Schelto were wonderful, kind and generous hosts. They went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. The gardens, animals, and quiet area were a dream come true. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway to relax and recharge, this is it!

I stayed in Sacha and Schelto's holiday bungalow in December. The weather was surprisingly warm, and the tranquil home and beautiful mountain hikes were a perfect retreat from city life. In fact, I barely met anyone on the hikes. The hosts show incredibly hospitality and care. Perfect for couples or singles, but I imagine with a child or two its not at all a problem too, as the couch in the living room can be turned into a bed. I didn't had a car, and could access plenty of beautiful hikes by foot.

Beautiful location, fabulous property, wonderful hosts. Loved the chickens and their eggs for breakfast! Cooking in the outside kitchen was a joy. Everything was spotlessly clean. Sacha and Schelto made us very welcome indeed and we look forward to returning soon

Really nice secluded finca with lots of old trees and a beautiful and spacious garden.
The host is honestly hospitable and very friendly.
Our casa was well-equipped, modern and had a terrace.
Nothing to complain!

We had an exceptionally relaxing and enjoyable holiday in this beautiful setting! We were struck by how thoughtful and helpful our hosts were (tapas when we arrived, eggs from the happy chickens and freshly baked afternoon treats when we were least expecting it). Our log cabin was clean and well equipped. Plenty of oppurtunities for local exploring or just relax by the lovely refreshing pool or snooze in the hammock. We are planning to return with friends. Thank you Sacha and Schelto.

Beautiful and quiet surroundings. Lots of space and privacy around the houses. Houses are very clean and well-built. The views from the premises are gorgeous. Perfect for a quiet getaway while villages and seaside towns (Moreira!) are only a 20 minute drive. The hosts are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. You can rent bikes.

We had a great stay in the Cabana at Finca Lliber. Being surrounded by nature, several cute cats & chickens and the hospitality of Schelto and Sascha. The Cabana has everything you need, even heating for winter times. Definitely recommend a visit.

Loved our weekend at Finca Llíber. We were a group of 8 and we used all the casitas. The property was beautiful and the casitas were all comfortable and well appointed. We used the pool and outdoor kitchen throughout our stay. The owners of the property were very accommodating and helpful. We would like to return in the future.

Great location, beautiful countryside and very nice hosts. Cabin was very well equipped and there are lots of things to do/see nearby.
