Mercadillo de Altea

This market was unbelievable. The food selections and freshness were breathtaking.

Altea is about 40 minutes bus ride from Benidorm about €1.40 a small market than Benidorm Altea has some lovely shops and bars

A lovely market to walk around buy all sorts of things from fruit and veg to trinkets

We go every week, can't resist it,and ALWAYS, buy stuff I don't need, but want,.
You must haggle stick to apruce that's fair and walk away if you have to , don't worry they'll call you back for sure

Wide variety of local fresh fruits and vegetables.

Tuesday morning day trip from Benidorm 1.50 euros on the number 10 bus.

Visited the markets lots of leather goods for sale .Had a decent coffee from the food stall

Great market first time I have been will definitely go again. Lots of stalls selling all kinds of wares.

Tuesday's in the market the food on offer was really good!

The best market on Tursday in Spain area between Alicante and Denia. Even better then Benidorm market. Just because Altea is a blessed beautiful city.

Busy busy busy. Just don't be in a hurry. Only caviat be aware of pick pockets.
