Hotel Artaza

We stayed there for one night. The room was lovely, spacious and clean, but we had to keep the bathroom door closed all the time, as there was a bad smell coming out. The restaurant is lovely, but they had nothing vegan on the menu and the only vegetarian option they could offer were fries or plain salad with eggs.

We liked our stay because the employers are very kind and they work very hard and do everything to please the clients. Especially Maria helped us very much. Also the other members of the staff were excellent!

Very good hotel in terms of infrastructure and staff, the breakfast is a meal deal with a pintxo and a coffee or orange juice, which was decent.

I just wish that the photos in Booking were the same as in the hotel, the rooms in the second floor don't have regular windows, but those on the ceiling (like an atic) which could be a deal breaker to my wife.

There is free parking i the hotel and the area around have more than enough free publics park lots.

We love the service of Maria. The food of the menu was very good. We love the kindness and the helpness of the staff.

I was showing Bilbao to my wife and we found this restaurant the food was amazing. We follow the recommendations specially the Foie Toast and T-bone steak were the best

Viajaba por trabajo y me alojé en el hotel. La habitación impecable, además me la dieron con balcón. La jefa de cafetería me atendió y me orientó para la cena, muy amable y simpática. Desayuné y cené los dos días, y he de decir que tienen calidad

Bel accueil de Monique qui a fait des efforts pour nous parler en français. Belle chambre et bonne literie. Bon restaurant offrant la qualité le prix et le service. Nous y reviendrons et le recommandons

Nos atendieron muy bien , simpática y muy amable también nos aconsejaron que ver por la zona con un mapa
