I recommend the pizza Quattro Stagioni. The antepasto was excellent, the pizza is authentic Italian style with thin crust and wood oven. The place is so cozy and classy and enchanting. The staff is second to none

even I was at Madrid I felt myself like at Rome :) perfect spaghetti alla carbonara and nice menu, helpfull staff

Great food, service and ambiance. Upstairs has a nice bar and restaurant feel that's lively while downstairs is a bit more intimate with a warm yet contemporary design.

Waiter was very hospitable, service in general was close to a ten. Great choices for VEGAN and VEG diets. Highly recommended

Very tasty food, the pizza was excelent, with a large variety of gluten free dishes for those with celiac. We had a great lunch for our diverse requirements like kids and celiac. I highly recommend it.
The only thing that can be improved is to make the desserts less sweet a bit... But yet it was very delicious

Love everything about Flavia! The food is the best Italian cuisine we've had in Madrid and the quality and variety of dishes is unbeatable. The staff is extremely friendly and each time we come, we feel right at home. We especially adore Gloria who's always so friendly and helpful! You definitely can't get better Italian food or service than this place!

I would give this place 4.5 stars if I could. We ordered the ravioli with mushrooms, spinach and truffle which was amazing, and the gnocchi which was okay but pretty rich. Id only recommend that if you’re sharing because it would be way too much to eat on your own. The cheesecake for dessert was also unreal. The service was not great, although it never usually is in Spain. Fellina is still my favorite Italian restaurant in Madrid but definitely happy to have tried Flavia!

The choice was to be a pizza night, comfort food, but when I saw the beautiful dishes in the hall, I changed my mind and chose a pasta and it was amazing! And of course, the service was very kind to my family!

From decor, to service, to presentation, everything is absolutely perfect. For appetizer: buratta, carpacchio and grilled artichokes; main course spaghetti vongole. Perfect Sunday lunch.

Excellent grilled artichokes and truffle burratta appetizers. Chicken ceaser had nice cook on the chicken, which topped off a typical ceaser. All the main courses we had were great, including the made from scratch pasta, grilled chicken, etc. Service was helpful and friendly. Best meal and friendliest service we have had so far in Madrid

Tasty food, polite and nice waiter, vibes were excellent. I tried the grilled chicken and the truffle pizza, both were amazing.
Highly recommended if you are looking for an itallian food.

The staff were amazing. We were there celebrating a friend's birthday. The staff were attentive and they even surprised her by playing "happy birthday" and the other customers in the restaurant joined in on singing for my friend. It was very touching. And the food was tasty as well. Will definitely be going there again!

Very good Italian food here! I had the rigatonis with tomato sauce and pancetta (I think) and everything was delicious. A bit expensive (€20-30 per plate), but worth every penny for those looking for a fancy dinner.

Amazing, food, music, cocktail bar and atmosphere. The place has a really cool interior design and it fits couples, friends or families with kids. It also caters the largest gluten free selection of italian dishes I have ever seen. The quality is top of the line and the service is extraordinary. Highly recommended for food, drinks, and a good time!

A very nice Italian restaurant. The service was great. The Spanish wine was delicious with good pours. The mushroom and truffle pasta was delicious. Really good pizza/crust. Note: they do charge you for appetizer ham and bread without telling you. Not a tourist/busy restaurant. If you are looking for Italian in Madrid I would recommend.
