I came in for a few tests while traveling abroad from the US. Despite the language barrier the two women at the desk were extremely helpful and took me in right away. I’ll have my test results within a week online. I paid €70 for three tests. Super happy with the service here and would definitely recommend for someone needing urgent care while traveling.

I was scared about all bad reviews. But for me was 20 minutes. I make appointment online . Next date I show up. No line. Be sure written clear on the paper. People are super nice . Paid $ 40 for the test. 20 minutes later . The email show up for me and my wife .

I just came here with my wife because of a bad cough getting worse by the day. On vacation and was recommended to come here by a pharmacy. The woman at the reception was very friendly and helpful. Within a few minutes my wife was talking to the doctor and was able to get an antibiotic prescription. Thank you for saving our vacation! Muchos Gracias :) Kevin and Andrea

Was were had our covid 19 tests done before leaving Madrid to US. Even though we did not have our passports with us during the tests, as required, the staff let us use our drivers licenses instead. Saved us a trip back to hotel. They were friendly and efficient. Had our results within the time they promised.

Not sure why some of you had a bad experience with them, but for my wife and I, it was a breeze.
We arrived 15 mins early for a 9 am appointment, and were attended to immediately.
We were not charged for the forms and our results were emailed to us within 15 mins.

Getting an appointment on their website was also very simple

We didn’t have reservations on a Saturday morning .. we walked in , clean facilities , very easy registration ( need the passport id number / pic) . The testing was quick and the results back in the email … very very efficient.

Took about 10 min total. We had the standard nasal swab, not different from any nasal swab I've had in the past. Results in about 20 min for the rapid test by email in Spanish and English. 40 Euros. Simple. Fast. Convenient.

We arrived at 9:54am on a Friday and it took about 15 minutes to wait in line and get tested. When we left, the line was getting pretty long, I estimate the people at the back would wait 30+ min.

Results were emailed to us 30min later.

Normally do not post but will after all the negative reviews I just wanted to say this place was more than adequate in getting a COVID test to get back to the USA. I went early on a Monday 8:00 to prepare for my Wednesday morning flight. With all the negative review I opted for a same day test for €115. The results were in my email by 8pm (20:00). I guess I was being overly cautious because of the reviews but the test was simple and quick and I was back in my bed sleeping by 8:30. The entrance was not on Gran Via though but on de la Flor Baja but there is another on Gran Via. Would recommend.

Note entrance for PCR tests is around the back.
We registered ahead of time for the test on the Democratest website.
Service was very efficient and quick. When we arrived we were given forms to fill, and by the time they were full we were already first in line.
The staff spoke english which was very helpful, although the forms themselves were only in Spanish.

Very helpful service. My mom has pneumonia during our trip. After a bit of waiting in line we got to see a doctor who prescribed antibiotics. The visit was 60 Euros which I thought was very reasonable.

Read all the bad reviews and went there but found out everything is good. The result came out in 10mins. Of course I waited for about 45mins but in this world with a lot of people need to be tested you can’t expect not wait at all. Especially at this price.
