Loved our dinner experience at Angelita Madrid. It was impeccable from start to end. The staff was attentive, friendly and helpful at all times. We loved our table in the back corner with a beautiful vintage red while indulging the dishes recommended by the staff. If you have the time, pay a visit downstairs to the cocktail bar too. It's an experience on its own

Absolutely fantastic “gastro” cocktails. Angelita holds the top stop as my favourite unique cocktails in Spain.

Great location and ambiance, wonderful snack as well.

Most importantly, Victor and Marcos were both marvellous servers with great suggestions. We had a great time!

The tasting menu with wine pairings were spot on. One of the best higher end dining experiences I had in Madrid. Highly recommend going.

We didn’t book a table but thought we try anyway. We were lucky enough to get a seat at the bar which turned out to be exactly what we wanted. First class service with amazing Spanish wine recommendations. The food topped my expectations. We recommend the pulpo and the pork. It didn’t seem like a touristy place but especially when you are looking for modern tapas with interesting wine, that seems like the place to go.

A friend and I had a spectacular dinner here, with several courses (the pistou, the cauliflower, the cannelloni, the meatballs and two desserts) with wines chosen by our waiter, Raul, who provided us with some fantastic wine choices, along with his very knowledgeable srrivxd) service all evening.

This was absolutely one of the best meals I've had in Madrid - don't let the unassuming decor fool you - this is a top quality place with a staggering wine list, and many excellent wines to drink by the glass!

Amazing bar here with a lot of delicious cocktails with the story behind. Guys working here were very pleasant.
We also tried restaurant and had a dinner. It is better to book it in advance. Food was tasty, just recommend to tell if you don’t like raw fish and want to have it cooked.
Overall, highly recommend this place.

Amazing all round. Our server Victor was great, really knowledgeable about the whole menu and made some great recommendations. Great value for the experience, atmosphere, food and drinks - will visit again when back in Madrid.

I came here just for the cocktail experience so I did not in reality try the food. This place was recommended to me by a friend.
I would highly recommend visiting this bar when in Madrid! I learned that this establishment is family owned, they grow their own ingredients which they use to mix in the cocktails. The cocktails are different from any I have tried before, they are completely unique, complex and super creative! My experience was enhanced by the incredible Victor, who took the time to explain the history, each cocktail, and took time to listen to exactly what I liked and make great recommendations. Super friendly and humble! Loved this place, will definitely visit when I am back in Madrid!

Five stars in each category. We had a five course dinner menu with vine accompaniment. All dishes were served nicely and tasted great. Cheese platter is served live.
You need to have a cocktail downstairs in the bar. The bar is amazing. They serve cocktail with fresh ingredients from their own farm.

Fantastic, tasty food.
Service was friendly and they speak excellent English if your Spanish is not so good.
The serves are generous.
Be sure to ask about the daily specials as we got some great gems from it.
Desserts are also good.
We don’t drink wine but the Aperol Spritz was perfect.
Highly recommended.

Angelita is one of my favorite Madrid restaurants! The food is always excellent and innovative, the service shines and the wine by the glass program is excellent. Try the prix fix and enjoy a great representation of the kitchens top dishes. They offer lots of fresh, seasonal choices sure to please most palates. There's also a cocktail bar downstairs but they'll serve drinks upstairs in the restaurant if wine is not your thing. Atmosphere is casual and fun! It's a small restaurant so be sure to book a table!

This is a special place that’s an authentic family run restaurant delivering excellent food, wine and service. It has a comfortable vibe and a commitment to a superior experience. We got good recommendations on the menu and then asked the team to pair wines for us. We were delighted by the selections and the surprises they had in store for us.

This place is great. An overwhelming selection of wine; we tried several and they were delicious. We ordered the pork and wow, it was amazing. Food was incredible, service very friendly and fairly reasonable prices too.

My wife, 2 daughters, and I were visiting from California I thought that I had made reservations but when we arrived, we found out that we were only on their wait list. They were kind enough to find us a table. So glad that they did. The best meal that we had in Madrid and one of the best that we have ever had. In addition, the service and attentiveness of the staff was outstanding.

Food is fantastic, cocktails are very innovative and the wine is great, but the service is the most exceptional. I asked for some adaptations to the food and the were very flexible, their recommendations were spot on and the pace of serving the food and attention to details! Highly recommended

Phenomenal meal in every way. We had the multi course menu. Perfect proportions and superb presentation and variety. It’s worth going by if you can’t get online reservations because you can maybe get a table at the bar or a high top. A meal you’ll remember!

We (stupidly!) just went for a cocktail and were afraid this would be a bit of a tourist trap given the location.
Couldn’t be farther from the truth!
This place is a testament to cocktail art!!!
We had the tomatera (a sort of Moscow mule with green tomatoes) and a chickpea espresso Martini. Words can hardly describe the absolute magic that this incredible barman makes happen in your mouth!
Unfortunately the kitchen opens at 8 - we will definitely be back for food- but if you want to try the food make sure you go after 8!
Last gem: the bathroom of the cocktail bar is a work of art of its own!!!
An absolutely amazing experience, with one of the best services we found in Madrid!

I never knew how real tomatoes taste like until I had it at this restaurant. These are grown by the retired owner. The tomato dish is simple but absolutely delicious. We also love the oxtail dish. Portions run a bit small but the dishes taste like Michelin restaurant quality.
