Went for a week all inclusive. The food and drinks options were plentiful. The outdoor spaces and pools were clean and loads of sun lounges. Great for families, groups and couples.

Lovely hotel. Fantastic facilities for families, including a huge main swimming pool and a second pool with slides. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good processes in place to manage allergens and to cater for a gluten-free allergy sufferer.

Honestly please do not let negative reviews put you off booking here. We are back today from a 1 week stay and it was honestly the best holiday - we are so sad to be home. I've seen lots of reviews regarding wristbands - let me just clear this up- I saw English guests with orange wristbands too so the thing about English getting black wristbands and being "singled out" is nonsense. You can pay extra to get an orange wristband and you get better access to drinks etc.

The pools were amazing and our kids absolutely loved the slides. The water was shallow in the kids area which was perfect with two young children. There is so much for children to do on this resort including pools, water slides, foam party, playground areas. The mini disco of an evening was a favourite of our daughters and she has requested we download the songs used onto a playlist so she can relive this experience at home. People moaning that the entertainment is catered for Spanish people - you are in Spain so not sure what you expect?! If you went to Blackpool you would expect to see entertainment in English as we are in England? The staff translate what is being said into English and honestly work so hard.

ALL staff from reception, cleaners, bar, restauraunt and entertainment are so friendly and welcoming and work tirelessly to ensure you have a great holiday. I can't praise them enough for how hard they work.

The food was amazing - we ate in the buffet restaurant for both breakfast and dinner and there was a great varied selection. We ate in the Asian restaurant at lunchtime and had access to buffet food here too. The unlimited ice cream and milkshakes were definitely a hit with our children on the all inclusive! The beach can be accessed from the pool area and is literally a 2 minute walk- beautiful and clean beach with great views.

We honestly had the best stay and we are already looking to book for next year. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone with young children.

1 week stay in July, booked with TUI.
From TUI point of view, we've paid for an upgrade that we are not sure where it materialised as the bedroom was facing the car park and the wristbands were black (all inclusive, no extra restaurant services). We paid some extra for a better bedroom and it helped loads! Sadly the aircon did not regulate well.
Location was great for us, 40min from airport via bus transfer & seafront.
Kids loved the theme park, the kids club looked great and my 4 year old enjoyed it but far more interested in the slides :)
Food was good but after 3 days it started being repetitive, never hungry and plenty of snack options throughout the day.
Plenty of places to get drinks and ice creams.
Water slides where a great area for little ones, there is a main pool between both hotels were main events happen but we were not interested.
Overall it was a very good stay, staff was excellent and happy to talk to me in any language, very understanding, kind and patient.
Ultimately, and considering price alternatives, it was still very well worth the money spent, just feel now that booking via TUI only eased of my transfers.

Fantastic hotels Evenia, we have stayed in Lorette de Mar and have given this one a go based on our past experience. The staff are friendly and put up with us ordering drinks in our very basic Spanish. Just a thought, we book via the hotel websites and you get the gold wrist band(all branded drinks etc.).
Room has a safe you need to get a magnet from reception (20euro deposit)you just pop a 4 digit code in and your good. Oh AC and a fan in our room/suite.
Your room key also lets you back into the complex from the beach. Well done so far Evenia Zoraida Park n staff.

A great hotel! Reading other reviews saying the rooms aren’t up to scratch is ridiculous! Spotlessly clean, air con and fridge which for all inclusive not something im used to.
YES the hotel and area is very local as in Spanish….. it’s in Spain. Very friendly ( most ) and accommodating, lovely location for the beach, not much near the hotel but a bus every 30 mins outside the hotel if you don’t fancy the walk at only €1.35
Food is plentiful and typical all inclusive style buffet , snacks through the day are great.
If your looking for an all English guest, staff and food choice …. Go to Blackpool

We stayed next door at the Garden but used their swimming pool which was brilliant. Excellent lifeguards, great for kids and adults. It had a small pool for the little ones and a bigger one at the side. Definitely would love to go back

We are here now ( June 12 ) all we can say is how good this place really is.
It’s clean, tidy the staff are friendly. Plenty of food and drink to choose from, we are already looking into booking to come back next year and we’ve only been here 2 days.

Kids loved it! Food and drink were really good. Main restaurant and three themed ones Asian, Italian and Mediterranean. Staff were lovely, hotel so clean. Water slides fantastic. Only gripe was not being allowed to use a lilo, balls, or large swim ring in the pool but that did make swimming easier. Entertainment team were great. Perfect holiday for kids 😀

Excellent stay. Stayed here September 11th for a week. Food fantastic plenty of choice. Snacks bar were excellent, plenty of choice.dining area was noisy depending on what time you dined . But we worked out the quitetimes. Italian, Mediterranean and grill restaurants were absolutely amazing, service and staff were friendly and professional.
The rooms were brilliant, two king sized beds and the room was cleaned everyday plus clean towels everyday 👌can't fault this hotel at all.
Yes it was very busy but enough room for everyone.
Staff were all friendly and spoke very good English 👍

Wow , good place . Big swimming pool.
Good water park and safe . Beach front , nice music , good entertainment... more will be nice.
The hotel has to employ more staff.,needs some cleaning improvements at the sun beds , swimming pools and outside area. Inside hotel nice, clean and nice staff. In the restaurants and bars , most are good staff and friendly. General and Thematic restaurants needs some improvements on food . Main bar no water bottles for 2 days in the row. Other bars has waters bottles, but no main bar any reason? Or staff not happy to give you water bottles?😂

Overall 🔟

Amazing hotel. The all inclusive was superb! Clean adults and kids swimming pools and slides. Staff is amazing. There was a free childcare 4-7 Years included 10:00 - 13:00 and 16:00 - 19:00 with lots of activities. All requests satisfy our standards and it was our BEST FAMILY HOLIDAY so far!
Family friendly environment. There was a different show every single night.
We didnt even need to exit the resort as it was just amazing to spend full day and night in there. We went to the beach but just for a walk.
Easy to get to from Almeria airport. ~ 30 min with shared transport.
Cant wait to return to this resort in the near feature!

Just arrived back home after staying at the hotel for 1 week with my 2 children 9 & 5. An immaculate hotel, with an exceptional array of different foods that suit everyone's pallet. My 5 year old is a very fussy eater so I was a bit worried how we'd survive the week. When there are copious amounts of ice cream on offer and delicious pizza's then I was in a win win situation. Staff very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. Occupied by I'd say 80 % Spanish which only tells me 1 thing. If it's good enough for the Spanish then it's good enough for me. A lovely hotel all in all. We shall be back next year ! 🙂

Lovely hotel. Rooms are a good size, cleaned to a high standard every day. All the staff work incredibly hard to ensure you have a fantastic stay. Food was good, but if you timed your visit wrong you would often find the hot food had gone cold. Could also have done with more descriptions of what the variuos dishes were, but that is my only minor conplaint. This hotel is perfect for families with younger children. Resort itself is rather quiet. If you walk out of the complex and turn right onto the promenade you will find more going on up that side of town rather than going left towards the marina.

Fanastic holiday here.... good food and staff were always friendly and helpful to everyone. Slides and pool had life guards keeping an eye on things as the slides could get busy. Rooms were cleaned every day too. I would recommend to anyone wih families or just on their own..

We have just spent 11 nights at the park hotel,.checked out on 3rd July this was our 2nd visit to the hotel, we can not fault this hotel at all. The hotel is spotless and the food is good, the staff are very friendly. The location to the shingle beach is on the door step. The only tiny fault would be my son who is 18 came with us and he was bored has the entertainment wasn't to his liking but we all really enjoyed the holiday. If you have younger children then this hotel is for you so don't hesitate and book.

Amazing place for holiday with children. Amazing food, AI - all day long you can get food in 3 restaurants. We were there not in mainly season, there werent so many people. Beach was nice, sea was a bit colder, but ok for adults(June). Very clean outside near pools and in whole area.

Great week holiday here with partner and his boy. Went all inclusive which wasn't cheap, but had a lovely well maintained room and great food. This is not a hotel aimed at brits and has many Spanish and EU visitors. There are also 3 standard restaurants as well as the main dining room. We tried these but preferred the buffet style. It is right on the beach which is a bit stoney so bring swim shoes. But even in full summer has not yet got as busy as some of the costas. Not sure if there was enough around to entertain us for 2weeks though

Great hotel, very clean, food is actually alright for an all inclusive. The swimming pool is great for kids, has water slides and a pirate ship with dragons. You can use the facilities in the hotel next door which has a normal pool.
