Albergue Pensión Pereiro (Melide)

My stay at this albergue was great. The best part was, Lorena, the receptionist, she was pleasant, professional, extremely informative, very attentive. The place was clean, great showers, nice and clean kitchen and a great price. Great location, too. Thank you, Lorena for making my day!!! Very grateful. You deserve a good raise!

Nice albergue, clean and tidy. We took the private room with 1 bunk bed and a private bathroom for 25€, the bed in a shared dormitory is 12€.
- Kitchen with a microwave and all facilities except oven
- Laundry with a dryer (about 4 and 4€ respectfully)
- common area with a sofa, fast WiFi
- supermarket nearby

No insects detected :))

I slept here during my pilgrimage to Santiago.

The twin room was very comfortable and the commun kitchen area was well equipped.

Friendly people, great location, large and clean facility. Thank you for the use of the kitchen - we had a wonderful home made meal.

I had a really nice stay here. It doesn't feel like a pilgrim hostel though, but the kitchen was really nice with a common sitting room. The dorms were good too.

It was great to be in the private room for 30, we went there because i caught cold during the journey, but it was warm enough to recover in the night :) the shower booth is great too, even the bathroom is warm.😊

Wonderful albergue! We stayed one night in a private room that was very clean and comfortable. Very nice staff and very helpful laundry services.

Served it's purpose. A bed and hot showers. Basic and plenty at the same time. Perfect for the Camino guest.

Nos alojamos dos peregrinas en abril 2024 y pagamos 45€ la noche por una habitación con dos camas simples y baño privado. La habitación estaba limpia, era espaciosa, bonita y cómoda, con calefacción central que encendían por la tarde-noche. Había suficientes estanterías y cajones para dejar las pertenencias, así como enchufes y luz en cada mesilla. No escuchamos un ruido en toda la noche, y eso que en la zona de albergue se alojaba un grupo de instituto. Hay un comedor común y cocina espaciosos y bien equipados. La mujer de recepción es muy amable y me dio una manta extra sin problema cuando se la pedí. Si volviéramos a Melide repetiríamos sin duda, por el precio, la atención, la limpieza y la comodidad de las habitaciones.
