Gran Hotel La Hisenda

Overall we had a great time with our little toddler. All staff in the hotel were smiling, friendly and were there to help if needed. Our room was comfortable (minifridge and a/c were so useful) and every day spotlessly cleaned. In the pool we had fun (they did really nice activities for kids in the pool and sport activities, too). The Spa we found a little overpriced but we got what we paid for. The buffet had wide variety of options of food, cakes and pastries. We Loved that every day we could taste something different than previous day. In 2-5 min walk there are local shops and restaurants and the beach took for us around 10 min on foot with our toddler.
If we want a laid back, relaxing and fun holiday again, we won't hesitate to come back here.

Also jacuzzi should not allow kids in it with floaties sos guy just sits there, 😤plus went for lunch today I never eaten but husband had small salad we wasn't offered any drink (which we should being all inclusive)!!!!!

All inclusive. Balcony with a view of the pool (which was very cold by the way). The entertainment/animator there was exciting and interesting. Gratian from Fun Animation i think. Food was very good for a buffet style meal. Different options every day. And was open till 10 which was useful. Drinks served from 10am - midnight. Could have most of the bar on the all inclusive deal so very very worth it. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and the reception staff incredibly friendly and welcoming. Would like another trip there at some point :)

Wonderful holiday, fantastic food, staff were polite and very happy to help and offer ideas of what's on locally. We have had the most wonderful 10 days at this hotel. The food was unbelievable and never needed to go elsewhere to eat. Hotel was very clean, staff were so helpful and pleasant. Although we didn't have children with us, we really appreciated what was available for families and have recommended to our children for their family holiday.
It was a great base for sightseeing, public transport was excellent and very reasonable. Would advise all inclusive as we found prices not cheap. Cambrils, Tarragona and Barcelona were fabulous - trip to Salou on the bus seemed like Blackpool in the Sun! Not for us,. Ideal family holiday and not really for younger party animals. We have a wonderful time, and had some wonderful experiences - especially the fiesta. Spectacular!

After reading the reviews, I was anxious about staying here. However, all the negative reviews were unjust. My recent stay here was fantastic. The reception and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. The bar staff were first call. I would definitely stay here again.

Simply the BEST hotel staff I have found in many years travelling. Very few English here but they make the most effort to make the stay fabulous will come back, not that it's important... They have estrella as their "standard" draught beer 👍☺
