Hotel Rural Serrella

If you want good (excellent) service with staff who are always smiling, then this is your place. Lots and lots of good local food, it just keeps on coming. Can't recommend it enough.

What an absolute treat, we found Hotel Rural Serrella totally by fluke. We were on a cycling trip in the Calpe region and we got an absolute soaking.
We were very wet, very hungry and very cold.
The owners welcomed us in and gave us towels to dry ourselves off, we sat, made the floor soaking wet, ate Tapas and drank coffee while our kit dried on the log burner. (we did offer to mop up after us)
They were so kind, so helpful and the bests hosts anyone could wish for.
If you are in the area it's definitely worth a visit!!

Awesome place to stop during a bike ride... Excellent sandwiches, amazing cake selection (if you are out for many hours in the saddle and deserve a decent sugar rush). Hot offee, reasonable hot chocolate and ice-cold Cola (in summer)...

Great hotel run by the lovely Rosa and team. Comfortable rooms. Brilliant authentic food and in great portions...no going hungry.
Hotel was our base for a weeks walking so we needed our energy. Quiet rural location... recommended if in area walking or biking.

Located in a charming village, good value rooms (which were spotlessly clean) and an exceptional menu del día and breakfast. A great base for exploring the area as a walker or cyclist. Will be back for sure, hopefully with more friends so they can share the experience too.

Sunny garden during winter, great spot to eat and enjoy anytime during the year. Food is amazing and it's at the start of many amazing hikes in the area.

This is a good hotel.
But if you come from Guadalest to Castell de Castells by searching from Google Map, you find two options,. Warning: definitely not to take the route with distance of 16 kms, as it is very dangerous and very winding, going over a high mountain peak. It is not safe for a sedan vehicle, unless you have a 4-wheel drive.

Good bang for the buck. Bocadillo de Lomo was great, also tap water is potable.
