Cases Noves (Boutique Accommodation)

We spent (unfortunately only) one night at Cases Noves and we were so impressed that we will definitely come back. The hotel is small and cozy and decorated with love. The breakfast was fantastic, as was the view from the terrace over the mountains. But most importantly we have never met such an amazing host like Toni. He is such an attentive, friendly, dedicated, great host. From the incredibly friendly and organised welcome to the departure, during breakfast or even in between, he pays attention to every detail and makes the stay perfect. High praise for that!

The accommodation is beautifully located in the mountains and you enjoy a great view of the castle and the Mediterranean Sea.

As a guest you get a card and you can park for free in the large public parking lot.

The morning meal is just great. There were several courses and you were served local specialties. This on their own, albeit small terrace, with a view of the Mediterranean in the distance.

The rooms are rustic, but modern and very clean.

I will come again, thank you.

We can't say anymore than has been said already. Cases Noves is amazing. 3nts in June 2023, where we enjoyed the best alfresco breakfast ever, both the food and the views were outstanding. The municipal pool was an unexpected bonus (complimentary to Cases Noves guests). Whilst the village & Castle are busy during the day time, the evenings are tranquil. What a fantastic find. The hosts are the best you could ever wish for and take great pride in their home & business.

I recently stayed at Cases Noves to celebrate my partner's birthday, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The accommodation and arrangements were perfect for the occasion, and every detail was taken care of. The staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy throughout our stay. It was clear that they genuinely cared about our experience, and it made all the difference. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay. Perfection!

From the moment we arrived it was wonderful. The hotel is happily situated with gorgeous views and close to everything Guadalest has to offer.

The attention to detail in the hotel is second to none. The shared spaces with Toni’s very own music collection, the very well stocked honestly bar, the beautifully decorated rooms with wonderful views, the amenities in the bathrooms and the fabulous breakfast on the terrace.

The service is outstanding. Monica & Toni go out if their way to make sure you are comfortable.

We will definitely be returning. I would highly recommend Cases Noves.

Very welcoming and accommodating staff, especially Monica who greeted us and showed us round. The room was warm and comfortable and the view from our second floor bedroom was beautiful.
Breakfast was eaten indoors because it was rather chilly, but we did sit on the terrace for a while and had a spectacular view of the castle.
We ate in the restaurant on all 3 nights and it was lovely to be able to stroll the short distance back to the hotel in the virtually deserted quiet of a February evening.
Parking was easy in the square, because at this time of year Guadalest empties by about 5 or 6 in the evening.
Tony suggested and then put together and printed out a route for us to drive through the almond blossom mountains and valleys. This was one of our reasons for timing our trip in February.
We would absolutely recommend staying here- we felt as though we were being welcomed into somebody’s home.

Do not hesitate! This is the very best boutique hotel we have ever stayed in!

Everyone and everything was just perfect.
We had an amazing welcome from Monika who gave us a personal introduction to the hotel and town.

Our room (Aitana) was just wonderful with stunning views over the valley and fantastic amenities (especially the towels - thick and luxurious.)

We were given an iPad with all the information we could possibly need and the facility to select our evening menus and book dinner and breakfast reservations

Toni and Sofi and their staff are the perfect hosts and only want their guests to have the best experience - which we absolutely did!

We have travelled the world,staying i some fantastic accommodation but never expected to find such a perfect gem on our doorstep. We consider ourselves very lucky…. We will return. ( frequently)

What a perfect place… Either you just want to see Guadalest, or even the mountains around. Sophia and Toni as well as the whole team make you feel a part of the family.

And I really can recommend to stay more than just one night. Their restaurant is fabulous - which is also known by the locals who come to eat their as well. No further proof needed!

Stay longer and do some hikes in the mountains - it is worth it!

There aren't enough words to describe how perfect our experience at Cases Noves was.

Every detail thought through, from sustainably sourced and environmentally considerate water, the delicious, locally sourced ingredients for everything from breakfast to coffee, wine to dinner. Sweeties in the TV room (hard to resist), endless collections from the music room for your enjoyment.

The entire hotel is packed with character and finished to the highest standard, every whim catered for.

We stayed in the very beautiful Beniarda suite, with its GIANT bed, spa like bathroom and stunning vistas of Guadalest and the surrounding valley... I'll not say too much, it's a room that needs to be experienced!

We were welcomed by the lovely Monica, and left with the slight ache of leaving an old friend. You made our stay amazing - Thank you.

Take your time to enjoy this place, get up and see the sunrise from the bench at the front door - this is where you go to breathe.

It’s been five years since we last stayed at Cases Noves, and if anything it’s got better. Little touches like Apple TVs in the rooms have added to the experience. And, of course, the service and food provided by Toni and Sofi is impeccable. I’d highly recommend it to anyone

Stayed here for the FIFTH time in Oct 2023, and it gets better with every visit. Love the old building, love the new rooms, love the five star service from Toni & Sofi. Hope to see you again soon!

Location was superb, perched at an elevation overlooking the mountains and valley.

Staff were outstanding.....they are the backbone of this success story.

The owers - super helpful, especially when I had car issues on my first attempt to visit in October. They kindly rebooked me at a later date, when I would be back in Spain.

The breakfast......beautifully presented, beautifully wholesome and local produce. Delicious!

The restaurant, Venta Guadalest, is just across the road. Excellent ambience, delicious food and professional service by all. A special thanks to Mónica who was extremely attentive to our needs throughout.

The room.....saving the best til last. I describe our room (Bernia suite) as elegant, chic, spacious and well-appointed. We paid a bit more to stay in one of their best rooms, but it was worth it.

Freestanding tub in its own room, a separate bathroom with large walk-in rainhead shower, piping hot water.

The bed was most likely emperor size, it was massive and cozy. We have a sofa and a large smart TV, all to add to the comfort of our stay.

Thoroughly enjoyable stay here. The view from our room is amazing. The hosts are so helpful, breakfast chilled and tasty (all fresh produce even the juices). Couldn’t fault a thing

The weekend was a surprise for my Birthday. From the moment we met the charming Sofi and Toni, we relaxed and knew we were going to have a great time. All the fabulous extras you can have added, to make any celebration extra special were all there. Our room was so comfortable, the views stunning from our windows. The Hotel is in a good location.
We ate from both a fixed price menu and the a la carte for our evening meals. Everything was cooked beautifully, presented well and using the freshest ingredients. The same with the delicious breakfasts. Ask Toni where anything comes from and he will tell you. Nearly all locally sourced produce. Two very hard working people who really believe in what they are doing. A much needed break away and all spotlessly clean which is very very important right now, felt very safe.

Perfect in every way !!!
From our breakfasts on the terrace (this was mid-November..!) to the wonderful Venta Guadalest meals we had there, we had a perfectly brilliant time.
Toni was very helpful in showing us the walking routes around Guadalest, with maps and obviously with personal experiences of all the routes.
To cap it all, a nice surprise 'candle' in the cake for my 70th birthday...!!
We would certainly recommend that you spend more than a day or two here, there is so much more to experience, than just the the ancient Castle.
We will be back (and Tony has to give me his father's recipe for the olives..!!).

We stayed for one night at this beautiful hotel while en route from Santander to Torrevieja. We had read the previous reviews and can only echo what everyone else has said about the hotel. It was even better than described and the welcome from Toni and Sofi was wonderful. The attention to detail is second to none right from the point of booking to our arrival, with Toni sending detailed instructions on how to get to the hotel and, parking etc, which made our stay even better. The hotel was spotlessly clean, with stunning views of the castle and the Guadalest Valley from our bedroom and bathroom windows. The food was amazing. All freshly prepared and cooked by Sofi and served by Toni with explanations about where the food and wine had come from, and that most of the produce had been grown and produced locally. We will definitely return to this hotel and can't recommend it highly enough. Personal, friendly service, and a truly unique experience. Would give 10 stars if we could!

This is such a wounderful place! Highly recomend. We stayed in one of the suites with a view over the mountains and were hosted by Monica and Tony, probably the sweetes people I’ve met. They really do a fantastic job and makes sure that your visit is one of a kind. The breakfast was lovely wich you eat with a view over the mountains and the ocean. If you visit this place (wich you should) I recomend that you take a walk to the see the lake, 10 minutes from the hotel, Monica or Tony can give you the directions. I will definitely come back!

Wow... what a fantastic place! Toni and Sofi are incredible hosts of this beautiful hotel. Me and my girlfriend only stayed 1 night whilst on the way to Les Fonts d'Algar but we was given a massive welcome, told to feel at home and more importantly... relax! Room was beautiful, food was delicious and the scenery was stunning. So happy we stayed here and we will look forward to coming back in the future! Thanks Toni and Sofi 😁

Stayed here for two nights, it was perfect.
Really nice welcome, everything explained well and this just continued with advice for any trips or other activities you wanted to do.
Lots of local and home grown food, wine, etc.
Great place to chill or get busy.
You have access to technology to keep you informed and help make choosing meals simple etc, you can of course talk to Toni or Sofi if you don't want the Tech!
We loved the place and will go again when in the area. Book direct.
