Same review as their other store ! Althought this one was a take out spot.

Here is where we got their bread and untables !

They got some BOMB pastries !!

We tried the croissant with baileys (18+) contains alcohol, they pack a punch !!

The brownies and the cookies were amazing as well !

Great place to take out, can't really go wrong with this spot !

Alfredo, the owner, is a super carismático and intelligent guy. This place is a gem with affordable prices for what the quality these guys are dishing out. I got the carrot cake and sour dough bread and am in heaven. Def give it a shot if you're around.

This is an absolute gem of a bakery in Madrid. I wish I was here long enough to have come here more throughout my stay, but I’m at least happy to have had it once. I tried the almond croissant and it was divine. The staff was super kind and patient while we looked over everything and decided what we wanted to have.

Bread heaven! This bakery proves that all breads are not created equal! We tried all of the bakeries in our neighborhood and Vanille is our favorite by far. Even beats the fancy bakeries in Almagro.

It's by far the best bakery in the neighborhood and maybe in Madrid! It's a bit far from our place but we keep coming because the quality is just so good. As a French I can tell you it's top quality 👌 so happy to find such place in Madrid. We love the pan con semillas, the brioche and the pastries, croissant, pain au chocolat, kouign amann... Go give a try !

This is the smaller location of Vanille Bakery Lab, only for takeout (larger is on Santa Engracia north of Rios Rosas). This is my favorite bakery in the neighborhood for bread, especially the hogaza con semillas. They have a small but quality selection of pastries as well - I usually get anything that looks similar to a cinnamon roll. Also, during the Easter season, they have the best torrija that I've ever tried, done in a pseudo-roscon style...it's a must try!

I live in the neighborhood for 1 year + and after trying many bakeries Themis is definitely my favourite! The best place Ive found so far for croissant, pain au chocolat and sourdough bread. Trust me when I say this cause I know my pastries, I'm french :)

There´s no better place to buy bread in Madrid. Absolutely delicious, especially the breads with mixed seeds. I would also strongly suggest buying the cardamon pastries on the weekends. Incredible. And very nice, relaxed people who work there. They should turn it into a coffee shop.

For me this is the best bread in the neighbourhood. Especially the barra de pan trigo blanco semillas. The problem is that I have to control myself because I could eat it every single day. It tastes so good and most importantly healthy. The staff are great, they even gave me a complimentary barra to try a few days a go which I really appreciated.

Hands down the best bakery we've found in Madrid. We've tried dozens but nothing comes close. The bread, the desserts, the cookies, everything is very, very good. Try the chocolate spreads.

I’ve only tried the chocolate chip cookies here but YUM!! Super delicious and would highly recommend. Everything else in the shop looked amazing too so I will definitely be back. Also, the man working at the counter was super friendly and passionate about the products they sell - he explained all of the ingredients in the cookies with such enthusiasm and it was nice to receive such great customer service!

The bread is just amazing you want to try it all! The swees I tried were really good as well! Aside from the food, the place is very clean and the staff is super nice, always helpful and with a great attitude! Highly recommend bakery!!!

Я просто проходила мимо этого места и меня заинтересовала их витрина и как аппетитно выглядели булочки 🥰 С улицы даже видно кухню, и как там пекут выпечку. Отличное место. Прекрасное обслуживание. Я взяла рулетик с корицей и мне дали в подарок один круассан, что очень приятно☺ Рулетик мне очень понравился, особенно если его разогреть😍Отличное правильно тесто, не так много корицы, все в меру и вкусно. Пекарня маленькая но уютная! Если бы я жила рядом, я бы была частым гостем там🙂
