Very good churros and chocolate. We waited in line for a bit but it moved fast and it was worth it.

The space is small so has limited seating, which was fine because we took our churros to go. The churros are thin and not sweet, with a saltiness to it. Goes perfectly with the chocolate for dipping! Delicious!

This place is special because the owner makes his own churros. Nearly all restaurants in Madrid get their churros from the local bake shop and do not make their own. They also have a special churro here that includes baking soda so it expands when it is fried. The chocolate here is not too sweet either and it pairs perfectly with the churros.

Absolutely lives up to the hype. Delicious churros made fresh and served with perfect chocolate. And the freshly squeezed orange juice was the perfect accompaniment.

Been here twice and it's my preferred churros and chocolate place. The hot chocolate is not for drinking though everybody in the place was happily eating it with their teaspoons. They get a mix of foreigners and locals. When the place is really full, the kitchen may forget one or two of your orders, so wait a while but also follow up just in case. There's just one waiter taking care of everyone.

First timer! Came here about 45mins to closing time. Ordered the churros - they were salty and soft, and the chocolate is dark and tart and a nice thick rich consistency. Delicious! Since it was hotter than ever outside, July in Spain, we ordered their sorbets. Also, delicious! The service was friendly and inviting - felt like visiting your family. The place was small but super clean, even the free public restroom. I highly recommend to stop here and come at a later time in the day otherwise it will be packed.

We came here twice when we were Madrid. Kids fell in love with churros with hot chocolate in Spain and they wanted to have this everyday when we are in Spain. Both times we ordered for Togo because it was always a line for dining in. The churros were so fresh and crunchy, and the hot chocolate is the best. Perfect combo on a cold winter night.

Must try in Madrid!
I can see it’s a well-known place by tourists, but still this place has its own charm to locals as well. Very nice menu with lots of choices, too bad I only had churro and hot chocolate and that was a good experience, would come to try the sandwiches next time. The staff is very friendly and accommodating!

This was the first stop on a food tour I went on in Madrid and it was so good I ended up going back twice while staying in Madrid.

It's small and unassuming, but the chocolate, churros and porras were the best I've ever had. The chocolate is warm, very thick, with a pure taste that isn't bitter. The Churros/Porras were fresh, crispy but tender and provided the perfect delivery mechanism for the chocolate!

Had their mixed sandwich with egg, ham and cheese and it was quite good, although not as special as the chocolate/churros were.

Service was friendly and efficient. Tables are very small, but cozy. Overall a very good value. If you are visiting Madrid this is a must do stop in the morning at least once.

Cozy and friendly cafe. Fresh and delicious churros, crispy on the outside and fluffy and soft on the inside. The chocolate is dark and rich and absolutely delicious.

A great place to enjoy a light lunch or a coffee or tea. They have dairy free options as well. Highly recommend!

Chocolate with churros in a small, cozy place. They also serve porras if you’re keen on that, plus a whole range of breakfast food.

There was almost no lines when we visited for breakfast, and the small one there was cleared pretty quickly. Honestly prefer this place to the other famous one. Churros taste fresher, chocolate is less sweet (more our style!) and great prices. Feels less touristy too.

Amazing small but cute place very good for breakfast. The staff is very good and helpful and the good is delicious. The hot chocolate and the “donuts like” is a must to have in this place. We’ll definitely go back. Highly recommended for chocolate lovers and everybody else😁

Really nice and lovely place to have breakfast, can get busy in the morning. The churros are so addictive and affordable. Although everything there is not halal, the staff were super friendly and understood our dietary requirements. Have a coffee, a Spanish omelette and some churros and you’ll leave happy. First churros con chocolate I ever tried in my life. It was just mind-blowing. Chocolate was nice and dense and the churros crispy but not crunchy. DELICIOUS.
Highly recommended!!!

Chocolat was very close to our stay in Madrid and we wanted a place where we could serve breakfast and coffee. The host recommended this spot and we said we'll give it a try. We found a nice, cozy, small and always busy cafe, that is surely very well known for its churros. The food is yummy, I've tried jamon toast, a sandwich with egg, Spanish omlet and churros. To be honest, I wasn't dissappointed. They also have a great variety of morning coffees, so if you want a good breakfast alongside your coffee, this is the place to come.
