I honestly admit that this is one of the best places in Europe to avoid cold winter days.

Beautiful place to experience Malaga and enjoy the scenery! We go there each time we visit Spain since I was a little girl in the early 1960's. It has grown into such a wonderful spot for tourist to enjoy. I have wonderful memories there and grateful to have spent so many years here.

Very friendly staff who are quick to tell people that they have skipped the que. I appreciated that as you do have to be patient as they will explain a lot and mark maps for you.

Awesome. So many activities for the whole family. Torre Del Mar does an outstanding job of keeping the area clean and booked full of family friendly activities.

I recommend bringing the whole family down here the next time you are in the area.

Plaza de la Marina is the heart of touristic Malaga. Probably that is why there is here the main touristic office where you can get info about Malaga and its events as well as buy some souvenirs. It can be a good meeting point and from here you can walk into different directions. To the south: the modern harbour Muelle Uno full of restaurants and shops. To the west: Malaga's noble district Limonar including Avenue Cervantes with lots of flowers and exotic plants. To the east: new district Soho with art-touch and if you go to the north you will discover Old Town of Malaga some centuries ago surrounded by the wall. Try to find the monument to the most famous fairy-tale writer H. -C. Andersen. The say he visited Malaga and fell in love with it. On the square you can take pictures at the symbol of Malaga - fish- seller in bronze. The Marina Square is actually a roof to the underground parking where you can walk down just under the big and colourful fountain.

Malaga is a seriously underrated city, this is part of the beauty that visitors will enjoy. The architecture around this area is impressive, the location being near to the port and the major attractions of the city and handy access to the local transport systems.
