Gustazio Gastrobar (Pinsa Romana & gastronomía italiana)

Amazing find. Being vegetarian I was really surprised to find such amazing flavours and choices here. The food feels very fresh and high quality. We shared a tomato salad and then we ordered pasta dishes separate. Would 100% go back. We went for lunch but looks like a nice place to go in the evening too with a terrace at the front.

Italian restaurant with amazing starters, fresh pasta and Roman pinsa. We loved the burrata with four types of tomatoes, some of them caramelized. The parmigiana was delicious as well. The star of the menu are the "pinsas", a pizza-focaccia hybrid, made with a mix of wheat, soy and rice flour. The crust is harder and crunchier than Neapolitan pizza but not quite as fluffy as focaccia. While we enjoyed the "Nerone", I don't think I would order it again; the ingredients didn't perfectly harmonize. With the tiramisù, our dinner had a great ending, though.

Unique and excellent "pinsa" restaurant in one of the soon to be trending areas of Madrid. The dough and the ingredients are superb. Kind staff and great atmosphere. 10/10!

If you are looking for some real Italian food this is the place to go !! The people in charge of the restaurant really know what they are talking about and you just feel like you are in Italy with the food, all the way from the pasta to the pizza and the tiramisu. Definitely coming back again !!

I am italian, and I can assure that this is probably one the best pinza/pizza in Madrid. The place is a bit small, but the quality is outstanding.

Great Italian place in Madrid. Only place I know where they make Pinsa, and style pizza dish that comes all the way from the Roman Empire, as tasty as the world-wide known pizza , but way more healthier and also it sits great, no bloating no nothing. I recommend the Truffa and Gozza, but honestly just go with you gut and taste. Also don’t forget to try all the deserts!

An amazing genuine Italian restaurant. They take their pizza (pinsa in reality because it is the predecessor of what we know as pizza today) very seriously. Very tasty food at a very reasonable price. In addition the staff is really friendly and accommodating. We've just move to the zone and I'm sure we will be returning regularly to this restaurant.

Fantastic, authentic Italian food with a wide selection of dishes, wines and spirits. The staff is always lovely and their pinsa (pizza) is a favorite every time we visit!

Great 'underground type' place to eat!

We had our work team event there which was really nice. They even closed the restaurant for us. The food and atmosphere was really great. I will definitely go back there.
