Come here for return COVID tests!! I got here on a Friday at 1pm and there was no line. In and out in 10 minutes, results and QR code emailed with 30. Staff was good, doctor was incredibly nice and knew some English too. Over all this is the place to go for all traveling back to the states. Locations is a bit hidden as it it around the building corner and tucked in.

We had a great experience with this clinic. Arrive on time as it’s first come, first served and it gets packed. The staff is friendly and professional. Antigen Tests results were sent timely (within an 1.5 hour) but they say 1-3 hours. Overall great experience. Thank you guys!

I went there to get my PCR tests, with results delivered the same day. They are great! They run the test with least disturbance (I can compare, I had over 20 tests so far). They truly deliver the results on the same day. If there are issues, they are very responsive to their mails (I had a challenge with the password of the result they sent, I realized it at 23:50, wrote to them, they solved it at 00:08. Seriously, wow!). Whenever I'm travelling, I take this lab (twice so far), and take my visitors to this lab as well (twice so far). Pinar team, keep up the good work please! Your patients do appreciate it!!!

Went there mid-October for a antigen test before a flight, very polite ladies on the front desk, was empty, in and out in about 15 minutes, got results via email 20 minutes later. Not the cheapest place, paid 45 euros, but it was definitely worth it . I read terrible reviews about other places charging 30 euros so I believe the extra money worth the piece of mind; highly recommend it !!

Great service with nice staff. Perfect for doing antigens tests before your flight, because you do not need an appointment and they send you the results within 20min. You can also go on Sundays.

My wife and daughter needed urgent covid tests to travel. Tests were taken on Sunday morning and results were available Sunday evening. Nothing was too much trouble. I would very highly recommend. Excellent service.

The entrance is around the right side of the building #164, up the steps to the second floor.

Fast. Efficient. English friendly. I went here twice for PCR and antigen test and the frontdesk were really friendly and accommodating. The test itself was painless and the staff was really professional. Highly recommend them. Keep up the good work!

Incredibly efficient COVID testing center. No appointments necessary, and there was no wait at 11:30AM on a Sunday. After technician took sample, the tech said my results would be emailed to me in less than one hour, maximum, for a rapid antigen test good for flight to the USA the next day. The results came in 35 minutes, and the certificate was in proper format, my name, date of birth, passport number, date and time sample was taken, the required name of the doctor or medical test center, type of test, and the result The tech gave me a phone number to call if I didn't receive my results or if there was a problem. I didn't need to use it so can't rate phone service.

This was the only place I could find in Madrid that was open on a Sunday (10am to 1pm) AND offered the less expensive rapid antigen test (45 euros inclusive. The exception is the Madrid airport testing centers at T4 and T-1-2-3, BUT if you look at the reviews for there service, they are quite bad, with very long wait times and horror stories of people missing there flights due to long wait times to take test and to get results.

I was quite nervous about the potential for long wait times here or other problems. So it was a great surprise. I would give them more than five stars if I could +++++++++.

Note the address very carefully. #166 is the address for the larger hospital and medical building next door, don't go there. The correct address is #164, which Google shows as a Farmacia. However the farmacia is on the first floor, whereas this professional lab is one floor up above ground. Also note, the 164 entrance was closed on Sunday. About 25 feet to the right of the pharmacy is a small passage, and about 25 ft ahead on the left is another entrance marked #35 Cardecag.

Also note if you are coming by Metro from Pinar de Chamartin station, it is a moderate uphill walk of about 800+ meters through a residential area to the clinic/lab.

Recommended. I did the covid antigen test for travel purposes without any waiting line. I don't want to raise anyone's expectations, but 15 minutes after I had the test pdf on my phone and printed, in the language I asked for.

Three of us went to medical centar Pinar to do two types of test, fist day PCR and one antigen test, day after the PCR test. We entered the building where stayed a man, full of smile and happines, he gave us forms and sent us to room 7, where magic happend. Three nice nurses and doctors, very, very kind, they helped us and we were done in a minute. We said that we need another test and they've said "please come tomorrow, we will do that for you to be ready for the flight!", we went there and now I am sitting in a plane. Very, very good experience.btw, I don't sprak Spanish! 😄😄

Mdh PINAR. Excelente centro médico. Lo conocí en 2015 y desde entonces he ampliado mi número de especialidades a las que vengo. Excelente! Tanto el trato recibido por las profesionales de recepción, como por los médicos (en mi caso el Dr Dujo).
Amabilidad, cercanía y profesionalidad, ponen cuidado y atención a cada detalle. Además la clínica está limpia y bien cuidada, atienden con rapidez y puntualidad.

Ya son varias las ocasiones en las que acudo y mejora cada vez, recomendable sin duda.

Desde la atención en recepción hasta la atención médico/paciente es una maravilla. Una coordinación impecable. Rapidez y eficiencia a tope. Y no solo puedes notar una gran profesionalidad, sino que te sorprenden con una dosis tan agradable de comprensión y cariño que sales sintiéndote seguro, feliz y muy bien atendido y cuidado.
No vuelvo a pisar otro centro médico en mi vida. Igualmente mi esposo y mi madre. Y pronto traigo a mi hijo también y a mi hermano!!!

La chica de la recepción rubia es un amor, si alguien va llamarla nube ella os recompensará, la chica que pincha es muy vacilona así que estaros preparados pero es una maquina y pincha bien 😉
