Wonderful experience, clearly on the path for the star, such a pity that the Michelin inspector missed it. I suggest you to try it now. It's always good value for the money trying a restaurant before it gets the star. The truffle menu was delightful.

Absolutely worth a visit. Had the "vuela" tasting menu, and boy does it soar :) every dish is fun and delicious. They deserve their first michelin star as the meal is on par or better than those I've had. One of my favorite meals in long time, thanks !

My first visit to Gioia was back in 2018.
They have made a long journey now and having the chance of experiencing their evolution has been simply OUTSTANDING.

We tried their set menu called “¡Vuela!”.
You can find the details on the website. It’s a 72 €/pp (drinks not included) set menu and you have the option to add the drink pairing paying 35 €/pp.

Set menu of 8 dishes with loads of flavour and technique.
Simply amazing!

We really enjoyed every single one. My favourite one was the meat one. They called it ‘Su majestad, el Vitel Tuné’ and they are cubes of Wagyu meat cooked over low heat with a soft mayo of tuna, capers and anchovies with an air of Crodino and Cantábrico’s anchovy powder. It was DELICIOUS. The meat was tender and well cooked.

And with this menu you will -of course- try their famous “tallarín al tartufo”. The noodles are homemade and they are made with fresh truffle, egg yolk and Cacio Nerone cheese. EPIC!

Do not miss this italian restaurant if you have the opportunity.
It’s in the city centre, in Chueca (our gay village) and you will be delighted! 🤩

All of it was perfect, the lobster sales and the ravioli is my favorite, the only thing is that the price is a little bit high, but the food is definitely really delicious.

2nd time here. 29euro chef's recommended course really really great value!!! Definitely go again!!! But they should change menu a bit. It is exactly the same as 1st time I went to.

This was unplanned last minute reservation for our last dinner in Madrid.

This places is amazing, and we ate at 2 and 3 Michelin stars restaurants during this vacation.

Truffle lovers and anyone who appropriates creativity and innovation in food industry - go and enjoy.

The service is top notch, the ambience and decor create unique experience.

We dined a La carte, but I would come back for the Truffle tasting menu.

I have been here now for the 3rd or 4th time and we always love to come back. Absolutely nice and authentic Italian cuisine. Staff is really friendly, Truffle noodles, Vitello Tonnato and the homemade Tiramisu are highly recommended. Love that place and will definitely come again!

best italian food in madrid!!!! incredible food from starters to desserts cooked by a wonderful chef from the gourmet region of italy -piedmont-; and every bite is worth it. the price point is really low for the quality of the dishes. the decoration is a bit spanish, but the cutlery is on point. an incredible experience.

Super fancy with zero pretension. This is simply the best italian food I have eaten in Spain. We reserved late and ended up ordering a la carte. They have high end wines by the glass which is very appreciated. They started us off with a choice of white or whole grain bread which was a nice touch. As a starter, I went for the plin, which were beautifully melty and had a complex cheesy flavor. For the second course, I had the punto menos, which was galician old cow tenderloin. Let me tell you, I am not a fan of the beef in Spain, nor do I really care for tenderloin, but I went for it because the description sounded great. It truly was magnificent in flavor and texture, with the finest truffle flavor that just fused with the beef as if that cow had been grazin on truffles all its life. For dessert I had the tiramisu, it was served with a funny surprise and was creamy and delicious. Overall the service was very attentive without being intrusive and all the waitstaff explained everything in great detail. They truly executed everything to perfection and I will return for a special occasion as soon as I can. Grazie mille!

This is an authentic Italia restaurant, based on trufle and fresh pastas..

We had 2 set menus, a nice Italian bottle of wine, and 2 full dinner a la carta, and paid 170 euros the 4 of us.

Super recommended.

Best dinner my partner and I had in Madrid - easily. Roberto was amazing with the service and every bite was incredible.
