Vithas Centro Médico Nerja

I had an appointment today at Vithas.The girl on the reception called LEA was such a lovely helpful girl..My Spanish is not very good,and I had to make an appointment to go to the Vithas in Malaga…LEA was very helpful ,she contacted them on my behalf ,she didn’t have to but she did without hesitation..Vithas in Nerja is very lucky to have such a hardworking girl working for them..Regards Eleanor Crowley.

Customer service is second to none from the helpful receptionists to the doctors and specialists. Compared to the receptionists at my NHS GP surgery who go out of their way to make you feel sorry for wasting their time, it is like a breath of fresh air. A little patience is all that is needed.

I have just been today and I have to the service was amazing and could not do enough for me from the lady on reception to the nurse that looked after me. I had to have some staples removed after an operation and from walking in to talking out I was there 12 minutes and this was without an appointment.

I can not recomend this place enough.

Went in after my daughter had severe allergic rash. Very quick and nice staff who told me I could go to public hospital if I didn't want to pay. I wanted her seen right away. We paid €145 as it was a bank holiday but she had an injection within minutes. Excellent pharmacy next door open on good Friday.

Vithas Salud Clinic is the medical clinic that my husband and I use since moving here four years ago. As a rule, there is little waiting time and the staff is friendly and helpful. Usually, there is someone on hand that speaks English. The nursing staff is very good.

I am in Almunecar but choose to use Vithas Nerja as they are so thoro
ugh. I am learning Spanish and try but sometimes health not so good. I have always had excellent help in English which I appreciate. My most recent visit very efficient.

The staff were very courteous, professional and helpful. The doctor was very professional and thorough. There was a short wait period.

Very fast and professional service. I wish it was open during weekends too. Only open during week 8am - 9pm.

The staff of the medical center is very nice and helpful, they speak english very well.

Fui por una caída, y aunque el menú telefónico para dar el parte es un poco largo, ya una vez que das con la opción correcta, todo el proceso va rápido y efectivo.Con radiografía y recetas médicas.En administración también todo muy rápido.100%recomendable

Fui por primera vez y la ginecóloga fue maravillosa!! Me trató genial, se paró conmigo y me explicó todo súper bien, recomiendo!!

Hoy día 25, doy 5 estrellas a una enfermera extraordinaria que hay en este centro vithas de nerja, soy una persona muy sensible y aprensiva a los temas de medicos, y está enfermera a sido una máquina atendiéndome ya que iba como un flan. Gracias y mil gracias ANDREA!!

Muy mala atención, después de 3 semanas en espera para fisioterapia, ni me llaman, llamo yo y en recepción dicen que a ellos no, que siga llamando y marque 4, llamo y esa opción no existe, total nadie sabe nada, pagar un seguro para esto , no lo recomiendo.

Quería dejar constancia y agradecimiento en nombre de mi mujer, el viernes 15 de septiembre sufrió un ataque alérgico muy fuerte y pese a llegar justo en la hora de cierre fue atendida de forma muy humana y profesional por el Doctor que aún estaba y la chica de recepción. Gracias por su buen hacer

Acudimos a consulta y tanto el personal médico, como el resto son una maravilla.
Lo recomiendo sin dudar.

Instalaciones en perfecto estado.
Climatización y ambiente agradable y adecuado.
Atención al público muy agrables y atentos.
El servicio médico perfecto; un médico cercano, simpatiquísimo con los niños, muy agradable, competente ... ¡El mejor que nos trató hasta el momento!

Mi experiencia siempre ha sido con la pediatra Tamara Crespo una magnífica doctora y bella persona. Trata a los niños espectacularmente bien.

Iba a comentar mi experiencia en Vithas Nerja, en particular, pero no podía dar crédito a unas valoraciones tan negativas, cuando mi experiencia era todo lo contrario y no es que tenga que acudir poco, por desgracia llevo dos meses un poco complicados de visitas, médicos, pruebas... Solo añadir que deberíamos tomarnos la vida con más calma, eso de llegar y topar, de todo al momento, que te cojan el teléfono a la primera... que barbaridad y hasta que falta de respeto hacia las personas que están trabajando de cara al público, entre las que me incluyo.
* Si una persona no te coge el teléfono será porque está hablando con otro paciente, seguro que cuando te cogen quieres que te atiendan bien, con amabilidad y calma, y el que este intentando contactar, que lo intente más tarde.
* Si tienes cita a una hora y tienes que esperar... seguro que el profesional que atiende quiere hacer las cosas lo mejor posible y dedicarte el mayor tiempo posible, y hasta responder las dudas o preguntas que surjan, pues eso no lo sabe el que espera fuera, pero bien que queremos que nos dediquen el tiempo que merecemos.

En definitiva, no podemos exigir y criticar, si no somos capaces de ser los primeros que nos ponemos en el lugar del otro y tenemos paciencia ante estas pequeñas adversidades, que no estamos en urgencias y de cómo yo me comporte, así deberían de tratarme, lo que pasa es que hay gente que es más profesional y paciente que otra. Un saludo y a cuidarse y cuidar de los demás, porque así es como nos deberían de tratar... Que recogemos lo que sembramos y más de uno no puede ir por la vida como si sólo estuvieran ellos, y no hubiera un mañana, que el CARPE DIEM, es otra cosa, no ir con prisas y malas formas por la vida.
