Superb Hotel situated in the centre of this relatively unknown seaside resort. Ultra friendly service. Superb vista from every room. Friendly helpful and pleasant staff. Lovely gardens and pool. Always a must when we visit Puerto de Mazarron

Relaxed atmosphere, with very pleasant grounds, bar and pool, high vantage point with fantastic view of the sea and islands..
Rooms are modern with a monstrous comfy bed, air con, tea and coffee, spanish TV and WiFi..

This is one of the top 2 hotels we have stayed at in 7plus years of living in Spain.

A lovely hotel, great room (Delux sea view with balcony).

Staff really great and super helpful.

Only negative....main restaurant not open and very limited menu in alternative.

The hotel is at the top of quite a steep hill so not for anyone with limited mobility.

I would definitely return.

This is a really lovely hotel, only stated 1 night but wished we could've stayed longer. Staff are so nice. Location is great with lovely views. The rooms are very modern and clean. The pool area is really nice with a bar, well worth a visit

Hotel has been updated recently and its fantastic. Rooms are clean , very well equipped with a good size hairdryer in the bathroom. Fridge with two free bottles of water . Excellent pool area . Drinks are more expensive than in the town but that is to be expected as it is a hotel . Excellent service at the reception to the bar . Staff pleasant and friendly.

Staff were friendly helpful and efficient, facilities were great, rooms are clean comfortable and the view from mine was breathtaking, a short walk to the port is well worth it for a meal or a few beers. I would have no problem recommending this hotel to anyone.

Brilliant location! The rooms are excellent they are clean and the staff are friend but I have to say swerve the food it is shocking!

Booked blind so I could attend a family funeral, arrived late and was booked quickly. Well what a little gem I stumbled upon, lovely spacious rooms kept spotless, breakfast plentiful with plenty of choice. Lovely views within a relaxing atmosphere. Plan to come back and enjoy properly. Thank you

Only downside was air conditioning not working, but just opened balcony door. Hill to hotel might cause a problem to those with mobility issues

Wow! What a fantastic place.... Had a lovely cocktail. A Mudslide. Cocktail & staff were very friendly & helpful. We will definitely be back! We will try out the restaurant. What a fantastic place! Lovely feel about the place. Fantastic views.

I loved it here. The location is excellent and it has a lovely feel of good old times, the elevated views are excellent and the terrace is excellent. Rooms are as you would expect for a 3 star hotel, it's great value and the sea view rooms are worth the extra. Yes the breakfast is basic but I found the staff all excellent.

We had a lovely short break in this hotel.. We arrived late from flight and when we arrived we were upgraded to a Seaview room, which was a great start. Room was lovely, very clean with wonderful balconies to sit on. Breakfast had everything and staff at breakfast very friendly. The grounds are superb. Baliense beds are pure luxury. Very friendly bar staff. Reception staff were very curtious, happy and friendly. Could not do enough for us. Only downside was the bit of a hill up to hotel but I would definitely recommend this hotel and would hopefully go back someday..

Excellent stay yet again 39 nights, perfect. Pia and the team were wonderful. How anyone can make negative comments is beyond me. We come back every year, supherb. Closed now for refurbishment, looking forward to seeing improvements in 2022

A newly refurbished hotel taken over by the Ramada group. Excellent decor, facilities & food. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

An excellent hotel. Fabulous room with all new amenities and fittings. Lunch food very good. Staff excellent. Should go from strength to strength. Recommended.

Was here for silver wedding anniversary. Got a free upgrade and when we came back from the pool there was a bottle of cava and some fruit kebabs. Great touch

One of the most beautifully decorated hotels I have stopped in, just wonderful to look around. The gardens are immaculate and give a good view over Mazarron. We braved the small outdoor swimming pool and had a lovely drink outside before retiring to our room with balcony. Within easy walking distance of many shops and restaurants.

I have visited Mazzaron for many years seen this hotel from the Sunday Market but never fancied it. WOW I was wrong this is a beautiful hotel, amazing views the gardens are just lovely. Staff very friendly it is a great place. Rooms are little tired but please don't let that put u off it is a lovely place very relaxing.
