The best experience in time. The food was fantastic, nice combination of sea food which was nicely served in combination with potatoes, puff pastry, etc. The addition of some vegetables would be nice though. Prices are fair and the place is honest.
The service staff was professional, providing advice and speaking English and Spanish. The restaurant has view over the port of Campello which in the evening is very romantic. There is free parking in front of the restaurant. We will definitely come back.

The secret about eating at La Cova is to order from the "menú del día" (be sure to ask for it during the week days). The options are extensive and delicious. Of course the menú items are also an option but price wise you can’t beat their menú del día. The location is also worth the reservation, most tables sit overlooking the marina.

Always a pleasure visiting La Cova. We tend to come here for a special occasion due to it's ambience.
We always used to have the menu del dia/noche until we discovered their Fillet Steak! Yum! It is the best fillet Steak we have ever had.
It comes with layered potatoes which tastes divine, possible cheese and egg in the layers and can taste nutmeg. It also comes with a stuffed aubergine and a grilled Herby tomato.
All tastes amazing! We have our steak medium and is always consistently great.

Service is attentive and prices are good. As well as the obvious great views over Campello.

Excellent venue with the most beautiful view overlooking the sea and marina.

Great food, which is quite elaborate and goes well beyond the traditional (and sometimes boring if you live in the region) paella! Strongly recommended the milhojas with grouper and prawns, no time to take a picture because it was literally stolen by my boys 😉

Service is also prompt and efficient, you can tell it’s a family run restaurant

Prices are absolutely acceptable given the quality, strongly recommended

Lovely place for an special occasion. The amazing views of the harbour and Illeta tower leave you breathless, specially at night.
Food is great and quality is excellent, however is a bit pricey but worth it for an special event!
We ordered for a starter to share a milhoja filo con setas y foie (filo pastry with mushrooms and foie). Main courses were roasted lenguado (sole) and milhojas de mero (roasted mero in filo pastry). For desserts (such a difficult choice as they are plenty of sweet tooth!) we got milhojas de mousse de chocolate (chocolate mousse with filo pastry) and tarta de coco y mango (coconut and mango cake) both were absolutely delicious! Highly recommend this place to everyone!

Came here first over 30 years ago when our children were young, they are overc40 now, came back with friends this week , the service, food has been as good as ever, just amazing staff and food . Thank you 😊

a good time on a great place, the cova is located on the top of the puerto campello with a beautiful view over the playa carrer del mar , the staff is friendly and professional with full of charm ... a compliment to the guy's from the kitchen : you doing a great job and the food is a dream sooo tasty

Lovely service from 3 different servers, wonderful food, the best moist & tasty pate I have every eaten (at 76!), and a lovely grouper dish both, both shared with my wife. Best food we have had in over 3 weeks in Spain. And lovely harbour view!

One of my favourite restaurants great food good service and wonderful views over the harbour. Menu del dia is unbeatable for value.

We had a delicious meal here. This is our third time.
Staff were excellent. You must try the sea bream or the turbot. It tasted like it was just caught from the from the sea and gone in to the pan. Not cheap but worth it.

It was an amazing food with good views and friendly staff. A good place for paella and some fresh fish and calamari. In general a pleasant place to have lunch or dinner but required booking in advance. Specially during weekend.

Amazing food, nice view and ambience, always crowded so you'll need to make a reservation in advance. The evening menu was around 22€ and is super delicious, 3 courses including beverage. Not the first time we go there, certainly not the last. I really recommend it.
