This is where I always go and have my morning coffee in peace and quietness. Great coffee, freshly ground and served. Really nice selection of music they got there. In-door smoking and non-smoking seatings provided. Good to know: after COVID-19, no longer ceramic mugs are served for your coffee. It is only paper cups and you have to order your drink yourself to reduce contact.

Excellent place to work and study. Plenty of outlets. A lot of tables and private spaces. And open 24 hours a day !!!

The beverages ( tea- coffe- juices) are very good.
The food is delicious, there are several seats indoor.

Perfect copy of Starbucks. Great espresso, tasty croissant. Appropriate prices. Friendly staff. Very clean. Perfect Corona safety, disinfectant at several places, staff really wear masks, great! A good place to relax from lively and noisy Cairo. Bathrooms clean and with toilet paper. I will come again. Small suggestion for improvement: For people having the coffee inside, use pottery cups and metal cutlery as you already use a pottery plate. That would reduce rubbish and even improve the experience.

I won’t comment on the quality of service or drinks because this is known for Cilantro and supported by other reviewers. I will comment on how honest the workers in this branch are. I forgot a bag inside which I left a brand new iPhone (>15000 LE) after having a cup of coffee. When I called the manager assured me that they have it safe and sound. When I went there to pick it up, the pulled their security camera videos and made sure it was mine before they open the bag and show me that all my belongings are inside as I left them. Very honest and professional personnel! Thank you for serving in this location and representing Egypt in a very good way 👍
