Excellent branch with great service!
Regarding the atmosphere, the noise is due to the crowd, which in itself is good for the business commercially but not for customers preferring quiet branches, such as al-Ferdaws branch in Jihan el Sadat axis Road.

Staff are amazing, super friendly and professional. Regardless the crowd all over the day they will keep treating you with best performance all the time.
Negative points, small entrance area and dining area in comparison to the visitors

Great if you want a very late dinner.

Excellent coffee is the first reason I went to McDonald's, but a tempting spicey crunchy chicken sandwich meant I returned three days in a row! Friendly efficient staff. Easy takeaway or a clean, spacious air-conditioned room upstairs ensured I will go back.

Very busy at weekends, Zamalek branch is a bit small but the staff are very decent.
