El Safa Hospital

I underwent a procedure at Al Safa Hospital on 19 March 2024, and checked out of the hospital right before the Maghreb prayer. The accounting office had closed for iftar, but staff member Karim Mohamed was still in the office and very kindly assisted me in settling my bill to allow me to check out. Had he not done so, I would have had to wait until 8 pm when regular service hours resumed. Please allow me to commend this staff member for outstanding service.

One of the most experienced medical places in Egypt.

Just had surgery there. Very clean and organized. The nurses are extremely helpful and quick to respond. The doctors are also readily available at all times. 10/10 experience

El Safa Hospital is by far one of the best hospitals in Egypt. My father being a copd patient tends to have ups and downs and hence we have visited the hospital several times under the amazing care of Dr. Medhat Abdel Khalek ( best doctor of Pulmonary Medicine & Critical Care Medicine). This time our visit was more complicated and we were admitted to the ICU. My father is still there now but I just wanted to make sure that I do justice to this hospital. Best care ever, best nurses and staff all around. Yes it is expensive but you can’t ask for more when it comes to medical care, attention to details, professionalism and cleanliness. Perfection…

V. Bad experience. I went as emergency with high blood pressure .i was screaming. It took more than 2 hours to send me to the ward as the consultant wasn't answering his phone. It took them 12 hours to send me for mri. They kept injecting me with pain killer and I still was in severe pain.
They sent me one of the consultant team at about 9pm to explain nothing wrong with me and I am absolutely fine. But he didn't explain why I had this kind high blood pressure .i had to leave to try to find some consultant who can explain what happened to me.

As an X-pat living in Cairo for the past 18 years, I had no idea that a Hospital of this quality existed here. Helpful staff, clean and modern, great food. I could go on and on so it is easer to say my experience there was outstanding in every way.
