I was impressed by the very quick and very good service rendered to me at the center starting from the Security man until the last person who took my Biometric. It was my first time to go to the center and was thinking that the service will take longer or get poor service but it was not the case. I really appreciated the good service. One thing to improve is to put posters at the ground (at the entrance) to provide more guidance to the clients about the venue (where the center is located). Keep it up to offer the very good service.

Comparing with similar services in other countries, I would sincerely confirm that you are at the highest level in Africa. Compared with similar services overseas your service is very close to the best service I have experienced in my past 20 years traveling in the world.
I would advise you try to introduce a system allowing people to get an electronic number at arrival to the office. You could also provide a sitting facility to clients before entering the office.

This centre is so helpful. I've used both German and UK. Unmatched. While applying for German visa.the systems failed and they were so good to reorganise an appointment the next day although fully booked.and helped with forms .highly recommended

Its always well organised and the officers working there are really helpful and well organised themselves.They are quick in checking and submitting the visa application.

One aspect that really stood out to me was the efficiency and organization of the center. Despite the high volume of applicants, the staff maintained a smooth flow throughout, minimizing any waiting time. The appointment system was well-managed, and I appreciated the minimal delays.

Today I was attended by Catarina and Elma, who received my documents to apply for the student visa for Germany in TLSContact Dublin. Both had incredible attitude and were amazingly helpful and kind. Very good service from them.
The only issue is the location. With the price that TLS charge just for the appointments the offices should be more handy.
