Best spa experience I’ve had in all of Cairo. Extremely clean. The receptionist is very professional and helpful. The massage was excellent. The shower room and massage room extremely clean. Loved everything!

The place is very soothing and relaxing, very clean and luxurious design.
Reception staff were very polite and calm, message lady was very good and professional.
Overall an excellent experience and highly recommended.

Amazing spa experience! First timer in Cairo and we stumbled across NEV during a walk. The booking process was easy and flexible with our schedule. We were able to get 4 80-min massages booked the following day.

There are multiple service rooms, some offering double beds and bathroom with shower to freshen up after. I noticed a sauna, which we did not try.

The staff, from the hotel and spa concierge to the massage providers, were all friendly and accommodating. There is a cute waiting area before your service, with teas and lemon water.

Now to the massage… I opted for the 80 min NEV Holistic Massage, which is deep tissue. After sitting on a plane for 13 hours, my body needed a fix. Omg did my masseuse work her magic!! I felt all the knots in my shoulders and back go away. This was one of the best massages I’ve had!

Highly recommend booking a massage here if you’re in town. We would have gotten facials too but the offering is not available yet (possibly for a few more months). The service list also had body scrubs.

My spa day at nev spa was absolutely heavenly! I tried the Matcha Scrub treatment, and it was pure bliss. The scrub itself was invigorating and left my skin feeling soft and smooth. The entire experience was incredibly relaxing, from the skilled therapist to the calming atmosphere. I felt pampered from head to toe and totally rejuvenated afterwards. If you're looking for a luxurious and effective spa treatment, I highly recommend the Matcha Scrub. It's definitely worth the splurge!

I came in for a spa day thinking that this would be like every other spa I have been to. I was pleased to see that I was completely wrong! I had an amazing massage and body scrub. Everyone was friendly and eager to assist me, they are extremely nice and helpful. Highly recommend it

Really really good place and massage. However, it is a little bit pricy compared to other places. But also, compared to other places, the place is super clean and the atmosphere is amazing too, so if money is not an issue for you, it is the best place overall in Cairo, in my opinion.

Fantastic spa in Cairo. The spa sits within the President Hotel on the ground floor at the back. It is extremely clean and welcoming. There are a multitude of options to choose from, we went with the Aromatherapy and Balinese massage. They give you a new set of underwear to change into before starting. The environment and masseuse are experienced and very professional, they knew exactly what they were doing it was a really relaxing experience. Probably the best spa in Cairo! 10/10

My sister, her two friends and I came to this spa before my sisters wedding and it was everything we wanted! We had a chance to go in the sauna, get a full body scrub, shower, and a message! The staff was so kind and welcoming and the therapists were very calming and accommodating to our every need. Definitely would recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing place to remove all ur stress away :)

It was a fantastic spa experience! We did the 15 min sauna and then the 80 min thai massage. It felt painfully great! Definitely needed it after all the traveling and walking that we've been doing. I highly recommend.

Amazing couples scrub and massage! Karim helped us choose the right treatment. Our therapist were Nisa and Gina, both excellent. The atmosphere is very relaxing, and everything fantastic.
I would recommend this to everyone! Just what we needed at the end of our Egypt trip.

My sister and I ended our trip to Cairo with a full body Thai massage from NEV and it was PHENOMENAL!!!!! It felt better than amazing. Nobody does full body massages better than the Thai ladies! Highly recommend visiting them! 5 stars!

A very affordable spa (about EP 2000) and a great massage and service! Quiet and relaxing. They have staff from Thailand and it was a great surprise and Thai masseuses are always great!
