Castle Spa Wagenküll

Long time we wanted to be here. Once drove past and came to see, we liked it. And here came to celebrate my husband’s birthday. In addition to the atmosphere of the castle, we enjoyed excellent spa and great food in the restaurant. But I have to note the downsides: rice porridge is not made from rice, the day after the arrival there was no cleaning in our room (although friends cleaned up), in the part of the restaurant, where the dinner was very crowded, bustle, no sense of parade. Steak knives brought back after it was served. Despite the fact that we had suites, the design in them is strange (but then we saw the numbers in the next building and it became clear that all this). The designer mixed incompatible styles and the performance of the repairs also raises questions. And finally, my husband had a birthday, usually hotels give wine and sweets, and here nothing. But thanks for the spa, the food and the fine coffee!

Wonderful castle which has rooms in an alternate building so make sure you check where do you have the room. It has great parking and exquisite spa option. The restaurant is really busy on weekends, book a table in advance! We got a table at 10pm. The service over there was great though but the prices are quite high, considering it's rular location.

Overall it's a great place to stay for a weekend getaway to the place with incredible scenery and views.

Perfect town-life escape. When its freezing outside, sitting by fireplace after relaxing in SPA - what would be better?

We stayed at the panorama suite, it was super nice.
Loved the spa. Because we stayed there in middle of the week, the spa was really quiet and felt super private. Loved the saunas and outdoor swimming pool.
I Recommend getting a spa treatment, massage was lovely and relaxing.

10 points for the service also. Receptionist was nice and friendly.
The kitchen made a super delicious vegan dinner for us. Thank you chef 😊

Superb stay. One can go running/hiking, canoeing, kickbiking, bicycling and after that enjoy a variety of saunas, indoor pools, an outdoor pool, etc. This was a trip with work mates, I can't wait to return with the family. Every moment is picturesque.

Great Spa Hotel with the variety of saunas, pools and relaxing atmosphere . Better then majority in Parnu. Good restaurant on site. Hidden escape, castle in the middle of nowhere

+ luxurious and clean
+ private and quiet
+ wide range of saunas available
+ nothing to do there for kids, thus no loud kids running around (a plus for us, negative for families)
- the general air in the spa and the big pool were too cold in our opinion (29C, we prefer 32+C)
- no food or snack options from the bar - only drinks and smoothies
- old school locks in a new spa. should use some sort of magnetic chip system which would allow tracking for bar payments as well. currently the number on the key was asked when getting drinks from the bar

Atmosphere in SPA and in the hotel itself is unbelievable!
Friendly staff, lots of different saunas, clean swimming pool inside and outside, delicious food ..and much more!

Best food and good experience. Rooms were clean and quiat. We will visit this place again.

Best SPA hotel and resto

Äge hotell ja spa. Rahulik, kaugel kõigest. Suhtumist võiks siiski arendada, rohkem hoolimist, restorani hinnad tunduvad sellised, et kaaluksid mujale sööma sõitmist ja siis ikka jääd. Hinnad nagu Tallinna vanalinnas, aga midagi jääb puudu.
