We tried chicken cutlet, Buffalo wings, two pastries and coffee. Seriously, it's too less in cost and the taste is awesome. They have a huge collection of foods and the location is great overlooking the river and the bridge. It's very near to the townhall

If you are looking for cheap food with grade A pastry and cakes. You're in luck, Pihlaka kohvik has all of that. Along with chocholates, coffee, salty foods and cakes. Sweet cakes and of course good coffee. You can order bigger cakes from there as well. It needs a 3-day period, but it is worth the wait. So hop in there and enjoy a great meal.

Yummy hot food and simply the best bakery products!! And service is just brilliant. This is my go to café when I'm visiting Tartu - highly recommend giving it a visit 👌👌👌
