Very tidy and clean hotel. Spa facility is well made and large. Friendly and helpful staff. You can access to the whole main spa as a regular guest at the hotel. They have huge variety on saunas. Totally recommended and will come again

A really nice place to spend the weekend at. A huge building, wide coridors and a modern design make this hotel a rather safe place where you can keep a social distance. The SPA itself is not impressive but has got everything one needs: a wide range of saunas and a pool, also there is a safe area for kids. The location is just perfect: next to the sea and not far from the centre of the city. I would definitely recommend this place!

I went to tervis it was very nice 10/10 balcony view but i had to sleep outside bcs my mom won't let me in. I'm sad bcs I can't put picture of my room while I slept on the balcony

Stayed a weekend here with the kids. The hotel is very good, although it can be seen, that the rooms are already slightly battered by time, especially the floors in the rooms, but nothing serious. The sofa mattress had some strange stains on it.

The food is ok and the personnel is very friendly. The spa is good, although men and women have separate locker rooms - most probably the target audience is not families with kids. Still the saunas were OK and at the time of our visit it was possible to enjoy each of them (although the hotel was filled for ca. 70%).

In overall we enjoyed the stay here.

Wonderful place for relaxation and wellness. Varied food, buffet, suitable for children. Friendly staff, good service. Wide selection of saunas, very equipped rooms. Convenient location of the hotel near the beach, city center, shops, parks. Thank you for a pleasant time!

Amazing place for vacation and relaxation.I had a room with an ocean view from the balcony.At the evening the view of a sunset and a summer breeze made me feel like there wasn't a care in a world.Also you could use the SPA even on the next day after the checkout.SPA was included in the room price and it had vaerity of relaxation options.

Great place. Spacious rooms and hotel is nicely renovated. The building is quite big, so it took some time to understand where everything is. I liked the spa and treatments. Spa, saunas hottub etc were spacious. Breakfast had great mutiple food options.

We were there 2 nights with 2 kids, had a lux room, what we really liked. There is good breakfast, where eachone can find anything to eat - yes it is not so delicious, but it is also not a 4 or 5 star hotel. SPA c9mplex is good and fresh. Prices for drink inside the SPA complex are really democratic, as example still water is 1.5 eur. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this spa.
