Mindu's Coffee

We did the chocolate tour, and I learned quite a bit about the whole process. At the end we sampled many different chocolates and drinks. You can then buy chocolate in the store, it’s all delicious.

Exceeded my expectations for a small on-site coffee tour. Excellent guide, informative and very interactive! Lots of fun learning about the stages of coffee production, as well as having the chance to actually roast your own coffee to drink at the end! Really great tour for the price! And tasty dessert to accompany your coffee tasting at the end:)

We didnt eat, but took the "cacao tour".
One hour of great explanation and experience on chocolate making, from cacao fruit the chocolate paste. Instructor was realy fun and spoke good english. Highly recommended.

Such a nice little place to sit outside and listen to the little well they have in from of the cafe. Coffee and fresh orange juice are great! (They have outlets outside if you want to charge your phone. And WiFi) the waitress was super nice too. Doesn’t seem like a crowded, touristy and loud place. Really awesome!

Great 1 hour tour where you see the entire process of coffee making. The tour is hands on, and at the end you drink your own handmade fresh cup of coffee and enjoy a small dessert. Would recommend!

We did the coffee tour and thought it was awesome! They explain the whole process to you and in parallel, you’re helping do the work to harvest and roast coffee beans that you’ll get to grind and then drink. Really awesome! And it was very affordable

What a wonderful place! We discovered this gem after a hike back from the cable car. I've been there two times and both experiences were fantastic! The staff is very nice, it is so clean, the furnishing is tasteful and most important the drinks are delicious. It was the best cappuccino we had in 6 months Ecuador. When you are in Mindo you should definitely visit this nice place and treat yourself with a coffee!

Highly enjoyed this tour, specially because the coffee and everything offered to taste by the end of the tour was so good!
The person in charge of the tour knows everything by experience and explains how you are going to make your own coffee from zero, with the same tools that where used originally to produce it. She even let us know several statistics about their business production, as in how many tons are produced by hectare or how much time it takes in every part of the process.
Highly educative activity, and also they prepare coffee flavored desserts to kill for!

Very nice chocolate and coffee tour ($) and significant sampling. Have a light meal only before . It is about 1.5-2 hours to do the combination of both tours.

We had a delicious breakfast combo for 6.5 that included good strong coffee, fresh passion fruit juice and waffle with bacon and eggs. Recommend.

Best coffee/coffee we had in ecuador so far. The staff is very friendly and caring. It's definitely worth taking a walk out of the center to this wonderful Café. The chocolate caliente is also very nice, this is a must go when you are staying in Mindo!!!

Great demonstration of how coffee is made from the first planting of the coffee plant through the picking, peeling, fermentation, drying, roasting, grinding and drinking of the coffee. Our tour guide was very friendly and helpful and the coffee that we helped make was delicious

We stopped here for a coffee (espresso + cappuccino) after our hike to the cascadas. Wow! Best coffee in a looooooooong time. Might have been the best cappuccino ever. Not exaggerating. Recommended place!

Cool restaurant, you can observe the birds on the trees right cross the road! Just don't forget to apply flea repellent, insects there are savage!!
