Best Pizza & Pasta in town with a very comfy, authentic and familial atmosphere. Marco - with his Italian roots - and Gabi are lovely hosts and know how to offer Italian vibes and menus. It’s a delicious, special alternative besides the fresh fish and seafood on the pacific coast. The interior is beautiful, arty and you can recognize Gabi’s profession of architecture.

Best pizza I’ve had in Ecuador. The crust is great. Really cozy atmosphere. Not expensive either.

We were in Ayampe for a week and ate here twice. I ‘ve tried the Diavola, the Capricciosa and the Margarita - all great options.

Food is delicious, real homemade pasta, owner is obviously Italian. Not that cheap but remember where you are.

Very recommended pizza place!! Nice to sit, the lovely owner is from Italy and really knows how to make original Italien pizza!! They also have special products like Italien burrata, or homemade pasta! Everything delicious! Service excellent. We love to go there 🙏 🍕

Lovely owner. Very fast service of wonderful pizzas. They were fresh cooked, nothing unnecessary hiding the few basic ingredients. The cocktail was strong. The staff were very friendly.
All of the pizza options were ~$10; cocktails $5.

The pizzas all taste very good. In my view they were better than the pasta dishes. The cook/owner is a real Italian and very friendly :-)

The pizzas are large and with a very thin bottom, made in the stone oven. Very tasty!

Excellent pizzas and pastas (and nice wines) and wonderful people.

Marco and Co. run a wonderful little pizzeria just off the beach. You can't got wrong with any of the pastas or pizzas (and a deconstructed cheesecake for dessert). Also a good place to get to know some of the local regulars.

Very nice restaurant that serves Italian style pizza and pasta that you won't find in many other places in Ecuador. Prices are rather high (like everywhere in Ayampe), but you'll get your money's worth.
It's also a nice place to rent a room.

Being Italian you get asked (way too) often suggestions/opinions about Italian restaurants. To this day I still tell the tale of the best pizza and pasta I had outside Italy, at los Orishas in Ayampe, Ecuador.
