We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very clean and service was super. Lots of staff. There was always some kind of function happening to get involved in if you were looking for something to do. Their entertainment staff were amazing. We had a great vacation. Thankyou

Beautiful hotel, clean area, staff very friendly and attentive! The pool is clean, the ocean is beautiful, there is enough space for everyone! Clean the room, there's enough food! You can go to the city center, very informative and interesting! Happy with my vacation!

Perfect stay for our family of 4 travelling with 2 small kids! A la carte restaurants were great, good entertainment and variety of activities. Rooms are a nice size, hotel is small so it’s not a long walk to the main area. Beach is windy and ocean has many waves (you are travelling to cabarete, an area for wind surfing, don’t expect anything less). We had a perfect week.

Awesome vibe! The staff is so happy and management is wonderful.

I don't understand why the recent reviews are so poor - it's actually pretty good for a Wyndham. I liked the snack bar and the pool.

Although I do admit the rooms could use some updating, especially since my TV looked like it hadn't been replaced since 2008.

My wife , Kate and I each had a 1 hour massage from “Eveline”. She is located in the gazebo just past the Hot Tub beyond the towel booth. We both agree that this was the best massage we have ever had. We still feel the positive effects of “Eveline’s” massage therapy. This is a must have. !!

We had a wonderful family vacation here! The staff were amazing, the food was good and the room was perfect for our family of 5. We had an "all together" room, which had two single beds and a pull out couch in one room and separate bedroom with a king bed and doors onto the private patio. The resort was small enough that we could quickly walk to wherever we wanted, but never felt overcrowded. There were always lounge chairs available around the pool or on the beach. There are large waves at the beach, so you have to be careful with children. But our kids (7, 5 and 3) loved the whole experience and we would certainly go back again.

Beautiful, friendly and hard working staff, they need more staff at dinner and at the bar. Beautiful property the beach and pool are amazing. The Wyndham owners need to spend the money to maintain and refurbish this lovely resort. We enjoyed out two week stay. Come here for some fun in the sun.

We had a great time here!! The resort is well maintained and our room was cleaned every day. No fridge or coffee maker in the room but we didn’t miss it because there is a coffee station, the bar is open all day and food available almost 24hrs. AC was working well too. The rooms are simple and definitely not 4 star but the price is also not 4 star so I think ppl need to manage their expectations before they leave negative comments here ;-)
The pool area was nice too and we always found a spot in the shade. Our 14 months old loved the baby pool. There is also a second big pool a bit hidden away and therefore more quiet.. There is animation going on but they leave you alone not like in other resorts where they try to convince you to join! All staff were super friendly, especially the bar team! The drinks were delicious just not very strong.. Special thanks to Randy who usually worked in the evenings collecting glasses. He was super friendly and helpful, always a big smile and he played with our son who absolutely loved him!!
Last but not least the food: Again, it’s not not 4 star but we didn’t pay for 4 star.. it was fresh and hygienic! I really liked the salads, the fresh fruits and the different meats and pasta. Even if you went in just before the buffet closed it still looked fresh and there was plenty! Only the snack bar could be a bit more varied and fresh..

You will have access to a very good beach. A very good place for surfers and kite surfers. The hotel has nice employees, good food and drink.

I consider that I got much more than what I paid by staying in this hotel.

The first room was very noisy and we moved to a quiet room which was great. The shows/music are high quality.

In terms of food, the buffet provides a lot of Domenican traditional dishes and there are three specialized restaurants(Italian, Mexican, Fusion) require reservation. You can go to the "Guest Service" (just cross the Buffet) desk between 9:00am-5:00pm to reserve three of them at once.

The service is exceptional. I assume the hardware/rooms are below the "Four star" standard but the service is definitely "Five star" or even above Five star.

The people saying that the drinks don’t have any alcohol must be cheap. Tip your bartenders like you always should and be polite and you will be happy! The bartenders and the rest of the staff are incredible, helpful, and kind. The hostess at the buffet is so sweet and upbeat - she will make you feel so welcome. The resort is clean and well maintained. The food is delicious. The overall feeling is relaxed and welcoming to all types of people.

My boyfriend’s review - room was too cold because the air conditioning was working too efficiently (this is a joke to show how great it WAS working)

hands down one of the best resorts i have ever visited.
the staff was phenomenal, always smiling and saying hi, however Michael was next level. he made us feel so incredibly safe, welcome, loved, and took the time to actually play games with us every single day. every morning we came down to the pool and he was the first one to see us and say goodmorning and ask how our night was. we were only here for a week, but Michael treated us like he has known us for years. when we went for lunch he would always sit and eat with us. he was for sure the highlight of our whole vacation. he deserves a raise and we cannot wait to go home and tell everybody about him.
the food was never disappointing; there’s something for everybody. the snack bar was really good too, also really convenient.
the bartenders were super fun, always friendly, never any lines.
the shows are every night and every night the staff does a phenomenal job and you can tell they put hard work into their performances / they interact with the crowd so much, it was so fun.
the pool and beach were both super clean and nice. overall we will be recommending this hotel to everyone we know:)

Staff and experience is the highlight here. Ariana and Miguel almost killed me at the bar on my last day (my own fault actually) but are wonderful people 😂 Jesica the host is the best! Wake up to breakfast and a very energetic good morning everyday! Rooms aren’t bad but shower drain isn’t the best but in any area there will be staff greeting you with a smile making you forget.

location for our spring break trip. Service is amazing and the staff is always excited to entertain and have fun! Definitely encourage getting reservations at the restaurant it’s wonderful! There’s multiple activities a day or you can relax in lounge chairs in the sun

Very clean and beautiful resort! I loved my time here. We upgraded to an ocean view room and it was worth every dollar! The balcony doors are massive and opens all the way so we can hear the ocean waves at night. The beds are super comfy, the room is spacious, the balcony is spacious, and the bathroom is clean and modern. I like that the toilet and the shower area are separate. Not sure if anyone else had the same issue but we had cold water in our showers all week… after a long, hot day at the beach it was refreshing but other times it was super cold and not always enjoyable. Music at the resort wasn’t too loud and the entertainment at night ended at a reasonable time (around 10:30-11pm). Food was honestly great. It exceeded my expectations. There was a good variety for each meal everyday. Service staff were super friendly and nice. Lots of pool chairs and tables, clean and big pool, lots of dining room space to eat, and a beautiful beach! The only thing that was annoying were the overwhelming amounts of vendors on the beach (which i know is beyond the resort’s control). We really enjoyed our stay and will recommend this hotel to friends and family!

Listen for the money they charged the place was exceptional!! I would say for the most part the food was not the best ever...but I do not expect 5 star food at this price point. I was always able to find something I liked!! The location is epic and the facility was on par or even nicer than more pricy all inclusive resorts I have stayed in!! It is the nicest place to stay on kite beach as far as I could tell...if there is a nicer place it would be a small niche type hotel but I did not see one...oh and the liquor is cheap no doubt but if you don't like it I'm sure you can pay them $100 more and they will go get u two bottles of premium liquor...lol...that's what I did. I will be glad when I get to go back!!! Thank you guys!!

There are 2 main reasons this
hotel is great: #1 the staff, #2 the location.
The staff go the extra mile to make you feel at home and to give you a great service. On top of that everyone has a little character.
Location is really good, especially for those that like Wind Sports, mainly kite surfing, and wind surf+ your 20 min drive to dive shops if you like scuba.
If you need kite surfing lessons Luis is very good, and reasonable.
If you like culture, you are a 15 min walk to the downtown area where you can find local food and local clubs.

Food is good on the resort lots of local options.Nothing crazy but good quality with 20-30 options
Entertainment is good and the team works really hard.

I had the best experience here! The location and the staff was absolutely incredible.

Juan at the reception was so helpful and took really good care of my friends and I.

The bartenders, Francis, Miguel, Randy, Felianna, Aris we’re so lovely and always made sure we had delicious drinks in hand. They even went above and beyond taking me to a barber to get my hair cut and to show me locations I can go around the resort to enjoy the night life!

The entertainment staff was absolutely incredible. They work HARD and long hours and ALWAYS have a smile on their face. YUNIOR, Jennifer, Kayla, Robert, Winnie, kelvin, Lucia, and the rest were absolute beauties. I want to come back ASAP to hang out with all of them again!

This is a place to come to feel relaxed, feel like family, and have a GOOD TIME!

While this is considered "budget" all- inclusive, my wife and I loved it! The hotel and grounds were beautiful, the room spacious and comfortable. The meals were varied and most everything was delicious, but being buffet style with so many options, we always found something yummy to eat. The beach was gorgeous, the water activities so much fun (we tried paddle boarding, kayaking, and the Hobie cat) and all included at no charge. The pools were huge, clean and fun. And, I can't possibly forget the Animation team, who got us up and moving several times a day!! They had different themes for fun and food each day of the week and kept things lively. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a relaxing, no stress, no pressure, no planning getaway!
