Hampton by Hilton Santo Domingo Airport

Excellent location and service. Very clean and comfy. The rooms are awesome and the bathroom too, the hot water is great to have. The breakfast was good and has options to choose. Free and private parking is available. I will visit this place again for sure.

The customer service here was impeccable! Very impressed with how we were treated. Lots of great employees here, the pool is fantastic. Only problem is, they don't clean the pool often so lots of bugs. Breakfast down to lunch and dinner was great. Check-in was easy and the taxi drivers were amazing. Outside of the hotel was not ideal and location was a bit far from some places.

We had a 1night stay here for our flight the following day. The services here is the best. Very accommodating staff. Food was superb! It was just amazing and tasted so good.

Pros: Hands down, great staff, super clean good breakfast.
Cons: Pool closes at 8pm, no ATM in hotel far from everything.

I went to this place, sent by my airline, as a result of a flight delay. I loved the peace of this hotel. Cleaning and organization. Unfortunately I couldn't try lunch.

Next to the airport. Nice place to spend a day or two.

Super clean and great staff. The food here is excellent. You are going to pay hotel prices for drinks compared to buying in a comado, but it's still okay. Have the Bandera plate at the restaurant. If you don't know what to order, it's a typical Dominicans meal normally eaten at lunch. Everything is made there and not frozen hotel food like in the USA.
The pool is big, but the hang out and lounge area is very small.
Staff are typical Dominicans who are friendly, sweet, and super helpful. They will go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy their country.

Everyone at Hampton from the very pleasant reception woman, to the bartenders and the breakfast gentleman who made us our omelets was exceptional! Clean and accommodating!

Very courteous and welcoming staff. The food variety was pretty good and tasty overall. Pool temperature is really soothing, especially at night time; rooftop pool closed at 8:00pm which I deemed to be too early. My main issue was with the room size; our room was very small; with both of our suitcases inside the room, we could barely move inside the room.

I have stayed at this property perhaps a dozen times since it opened. At times in the past and at times, I have encountered problems. Last week, I stayed once more and I'm pleased to report it was a completely satisfactory experience. The Hampton's staff seems well trained and professional. The facility is clean and in good working order. Food is served hot, well prepared and with a smile, making one feel that they are the customer. In short, a very pleasant travel experience. Bravo!!

Take it from a former diamond status Hilton honors that this place is fantastic. Great food, great staff and great room. The bathroom and shower has beautiful non slip tile. Best burger in the DR that I’ve had

Very convenient for use to and from the Las America's airport I had a stay over between flights and found the hotel excellent they where very accommodating taking into account the only Spanish I know is thank you.

The hotel advertised free shuttle service from the airport but they actually do not have one.

Let me start by saying the Front Desk staff name Martes is amazing , friendly, and makes me want to come back often especially after a hick up with the car rental company at the airport. His friendliness made me realize why I love coming to the Dominican Republic. The rooms are great the gym and pool are also great and located on the 5th floor. Also even with the highway nearby you cant even hear the cars passing through. If face the street from the hotel if you walk left / North they have a little grocery store (pictures attached) and also a fruit store they cut me a big plate of mixed fruits for $150 pesos it was soo soo good. Only thing is the juice at the breakfast kitchen wasnt great taste more water dowm than anything. This locstion is super close to Boca Chica (beautiful place) also the Santo Domingo airport. Just have to pay attention to your turn off because you can easily miss it and have to make a you turn (for those renting cars). Also in the photo where the green sign of the store is at is where you should signal right to get off the freeway an onto the side street so you dont miss the turn.

Another helpful tip the entry and exit gates are not autmatic someone has to press a button to let you in either security or the front desk.

This place is fantastic. Great food,nice ambience, very clean and great statt. Specila thanks to Jesus Calderon(frontdesk) he was very attentive and kindness making sure i was pleased with my room during my stay. Will defenetly come back. Ps breakfast was Delicious.

Great food in the dining room. Pleasant and friendly staff members. Closer than close to the Airport. Available taxi service and Covid testing by appointment. Great fountain out back for Photos. And the Hotel appears to be very clean at all times. I like it.
