Quality Hotel Real Aeropuerto Santo Domingo

Very nice hotel, great service, the hallways and lobby are not air-conditioned but the rooms are.

My daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights in July. We loved it! The staff really made our stay enjoyable. We loved the dining room and the food was really good. My daughter requested hot chocolate and they made some up and brought it to her. Delicious! Our room was nice, we felt safe and the pool and grounds were wonderful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Dominican Republic.

This hotel is wonderful!
-Frankie in the restaurant provides such a great service with all of his staff. I very much enjoyed the spread for breakfast and all the smiling faces!
-The rooms are great, everything is very clean. the bed is comfortable and the sheets are clean and crisp!

The best hotel in the zone. Nice staff, very helpful and what to say about the service, just excellent. They had room service from the restaurant any time Jazmin and Jose are really good employers. I'm really pleasure I stay here. And another thing they has laundry by yourself.

This is really a great hotel. It's surprisingly lux. Nice rooms, great pool, great restaurant, fabulous service. It's a lovely little intro to the Dominican. Spanish architecture, airy balconies, lots of flowers.

The Staff was amazing. The Hotel is bueatiful and exceeded my expectations. The Staff speaks english and was very informative. The breakfast was the best I have seen. But the flavor was ok. The pool is nice. This place has a good small business center. It is close to the Airport. It is so quiet. I will stay here again.

Wow this hotel surprised us. Air conditioning works great in the room. Staff are friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable. The continental breakfast was wonderful!!

Very clean, nicely furnished and decorated, very friendly service oriented staff, nice little pool, basketball court, very good breakfast with great variety for free (!), microwave and refrigerator in room, 15 min from the beach! Both thumbs up!!

The electric power went out and the air conditioning was broken but they switch me to another room .I think that they should do a better inspection before we get there.

I give this hotel 5 stars due to the expedited and welcoming service the staff provided during the Atlanta Airport power outtage. They gave me peace of mind before trying again to get home from a nightmare travel situation. Muchas gracias.

My experience at this hotels was great. I spent my honeymoon there in 2013. The room was beautiful and the service excellent, and the food yummy. Have nothing bad to say about this hotel. 👍👍👍👍👍

The atmosphere, the terrace and last but not less, the staff! Excellent place for enjoying the sea breeze and a beer in a relaxing atmosphere!
