I go to DR a lot. And used many companies. But this one has been the best so far. Their prices are right on the website, very transparent with it. Other companies play games with the prices. Neftalí Delgadillo was very attentive and professional. He picked me up at the airport at 2am, everything was very smooth. The drop off was right at the airport. Very puntual. Hands down, Miaky Lopez and the entire Oasis car rental team are the best car rental agency in Santo Domingo. It's doesnt matter when I arrive or leave they are always ready and willing to make my trip possible. On my most recent trip we had a mechanical issue with a vehicle I rented a few days before and I called Miaky and within an hour they had a new vehicle delivered to my residence. Because of actions like those I won't go anywhere else to rent a car. If I had to rate them I would definitely give them 5 stars
