My bose QuietComfort 35 ii was defective. I took it nack for repair. They replaced it with a new one. Took them 2 weeks. Very happy 🙂

I went to the location at Nørrebrogade and their service was very far above the BIG/Herlev location. I reserved 3 items online, paid when I arrived in store and had my appliances within about 20 minutes. It's a more difficult location to get to, but if quick friendly service is important to you it's better than most other locations.
Full disclosure: this visit was toward the end of lockdown so its possible that there was a higher employee to customer ratio.

Very cooperative staff especially the young man at the delivery section. He took all the pain to get me a print out of the tax refund voucher which the lady at the cash counter could not provide! Keep it up young man!

Good and knowledgeable managing staff. Most of the appliances and electronic goods are available in store. Even their click and collect option is good.

Really nice staff helpt me a lot. Often you can go to a shop and almost feel overrun by staff trying to get you to buy some products or equipment, but here there is a perfect balance, and if you go here a bit at odd hours you avoid all the Christmas hassle. Great place to go for electronics and appliances, highly recommended
