The store has a great variety of products and the staff is super friendly and helpful.

Just bought a new wash machine, a dryer and a freezer. We changed delivery date for several times. We also looked for help from their service, when we came across some problems with the machines. They were patient, professional, and solved the problems in the end, so I think it is a good shop.

Came instore to purchase an Apple watch and airpods after an unsuccessful trip to Elgiganten Hørsholm. I was served by Oliver and his customer service skills were excellent and quickly had my products ready. Thank you! PS - I think the Hørsholm team could learn a lot from the great service at Gentofte as they were awful!

Best Electric shop - Just exchange or can return defective items, they receive with smile and pay money back.. Don't have to preserve receipts.. Just tell your phone number, you get ur receipt even after 10 years

Nice and big, and always good service.
If u want to buy something they usually have it and if not u can get them to order it to u.
If u need something repaired or something is broken they'll happily help u out.
