Sales representative at the TV section shared so much knowledge about tv options and helped us in making the right choice with Tv, insurance and calibration. He understood our needs and explained everything clearly with utmost patience. Guy was having ponytail(sorry forgot to ask your name).

They have a good way of dealing with issues/returns. I bought a Nintendo switch here and after a couple of weeks realized that one of the controllers didn’t work. Came back to the store and they just gave me a new set worth 700dkk right off the shelf.
