From the moment we arrived until our last interaction at the end of the night, we were treated to the finest hospitality and outstanding service from friendly and highly skilled individuals operating as a team. The food was full of surprises. We were intrigued by the restaurant's connection to their own garden, local sourcing, seasonality, and native ingredients- so much so that we decided to go with the non-alcoholic beverage pairings. The juices were well crafted and mindfully crafted. Although not all of them totally resonated with us, we appreciated the successful ones tremendously. The meal truly just got better and better, and the service more personalized as the night continued and evolved. No detail was overlooked and no "stone" left unturned. Thank you for a truly one of a kind experience!

Our visit to Kadeau was a gastronomic dream come true, highlighted by a 16-course menu that we enjoyed over four hours. The wine pairing, meticulously matched with each dish, was well worth the investment and perfectly complemented the exquisite cuisine. From start to finish, we were transported into a world of absolute perfection. Lea, our charming hostess, made our experience unforgettable with her attentive service. Sous-chef Pancho also impressed us with his expert advice and engaging conversations. The ambiance at Kadeau, a harmonious blend of dark hues and wood elements, created an inviting and warm atmosphere. Particularly noteworthy is the open kitchen, which allowed us to watch the chefs meticulously prepare the dishes. A detail that makes the experience at Kadeau unparalleled is the fact that many ingredients come from their own garden, a rarity in today’s culinary landscape. This connection to nature and the care with which the ingredients are selected are reflected in every bite, lending the menu an extraordinary freshness and authenticity. Two Michelin star restaurant in the heart of Copenhagen, Denmark. 12-16 course meal. A place which makes you realise that you are alive. It makes you rediscover your taste buds, taste the flavours in true essence from every bite. You come to know the sourcing story of products they use coupling with wines produced globally on a very small scale for a reason to keep flavours intact. Hand dived oysters, clams, lobster, squid prawns and Danish beef etc. Every one of these things have a story behind or have a reason to be served. Outstanding picks.
Every chef who prepares a dish comes personally and serves it with sharing the recipe details.
An ultra modern ambiance with an amazing semi private setting with open kitchen in the heart of the restaurant, where you can go and meet the staff and see how they prepare food. This was the most amazing experience.
Host and the service made us feel on top of the world and it will stay with us a very important memory of our life. An extraordinary interaction with the host made us learn many things about their restaurant and Danish culinary mix to it. This dinner will be very important part of our culinary experience… truly unforgettable

Interesting take on preserved ingredients ! Raw sweet shrimps, smoked trout , maitake mushroom pork jowl tart were so delicious! Wine list here was great too ! Many rare wines unavailable in Asia

Wow! What an incredible place to experience food at an entirely different level. We hired the whole place for a business dinner after a meeting and enjoyed the incredible 14 course menu with paired wine throughout. The staff were so friendly, knowledgable and attentive, the true white glove service throughout.

The food comes in small samples at very regular intervals and each course is introduced and described by one of the chefs. The flavours and produce were of the highest quality, lots of fish, duck, fruits, vegetables and even ants. Yep, you heard me right, ants! My personal favourite was the duck and mushroom tart. Amazing!

I've uploaded photos of each course, if you are visiting Copenhagen, and you have the budget for it, I would definitely recommend Kadeau to anyone!

Our favorite fine dining experience so far.
Impressively broad pallate of flavors - inventive and evolved.
No carbs until dessert :)
Excellent wine selection.
They are worthy of three stars and we look forward to returning next time we're in Copenhagen.

If you're not familiar with their back story, check it out. There's a farm on an island.. It's cute.

Be mindful of the price. We spent about $1200 for 2.

This is a truly remarkable restaurant. We had the most amazing dinner here. The food is scrumptious, the service impeccable, and the setting serene. I have eaten in many amazing restaurants around the world, and this ranks up there with the very best.

We started with a dish they called tomatoes, langoustine, and gooseberries. It was delicious, with each element complex. This was followed by a selection of seafood, including razor clam and a delectable scallop. The most remarkable was a "taco" of ham and havgus cheese in a cured cherry leaf. We also were served a plate of raw shrimps and fig that was original and quite wonderful. These two dishes were surprising and fantastic! All these dishes are so beautifully presented. It is a joy eating them. Another truly sensational dish was the grilled root vegetables. I don't know how they transformed them into this deliciousness...magic for sure!

After another series of courses, we were served a maitake tartlet and perfectly prepared duck served with chestnuts and a perfect sauce - sweet and also savory.

There were three interesting and complex dessert courses, and the finale was a marvelous cloudberry tart. This was the perfect ending to a perfect meal.

It is a bit hard to find the restaurant door, as Google maps is not clear. They are at Wildersgade 10B. They have their own very large door!

Just an absolutely amazing experience. I'm writing this review a year later, but the memory of that dinner is still vivid. The attention to detail, the execution, the presentation, etc all of it. Just mind-blowing. You will not regret it. It's totally worth the price for sure.

Fabulous experience, the 15 courses are well timed and small portions keep you ready for the next one , the presentation of each dish, the ambiance of the dining room, and the excellent service all make the gastronomic experience delightful. We had the non alcoholic pairing also and the flavors experienced with those drinks was truly exceptional.

An incredible experience from the first moment we stepped through the door and were greeted so warmly by the head chef and shown around the restaurant and met the staff. It is sustainable , seasonal, incredibly inventive and innovative , beautiful to look at and lastly every mouthful is an explosion in a good way of the combination of incredible ingredients and flavour combinations. There is an open kitchen you pass by before the seating. It feels like everything is done with an openness and generosity. Each dish is presented individually by one of the chefs. By the time we left we felt like we had met the whole team. We know it is very expensive and were worried about long tasting menus but the time flew by. Kadeau is doing something very unique within the trajectory of Nordic cooking and we can only applaud the whole team and the food that is presented. We look forward on our next trip to Copenhagen to returning to Kadeau and recommending it very highly.

Course after course of exciting, deep flavors with many precious, often foraged, ingredients all focused on sustainability. Each dish also employed very sophisticated technique.Truly the best of all Nordic Cuisine in wonderous, small bites. These were interesting and pretty in a good way! Plus, the fun and friendly manager Albert gave us VIP treatment and worked with us on ordering and pairing the wine that we brought. I personally loved almost every dish, but my highlights would have to include the Oyster and “pork fat” (Lardo) pie, the Queen scallop from Iceland with rose and Scots Pine, and the raw Nordic shrimp with cauliflower and elderflower. The most surprising food combination that really worked was the mahogany clam, dried strawberry, and cherry leaf. And most impressive was their Faroe Island Salmon. They first salt cure it to give it a crust, then cold smoke on cherry, then hot smoke on birch. The whole prep takes a week. It was carved and served tableside with an assortment of charred and fermented veggies.

Ambiance, food, service, and juice & wine pairings are all some of the best you’ll encounter. Really enjoyed chatting with one of the co-owners while eating the highest quality ingredients the restaurant can find. Preservation season was a nice bonus as you got to eat great products that were cured traditionally for extra flavor and nuance. Can’t wait to eat here again

Very interesting restaurant. The menu is mainly based on seafood, and we enjoyed all the dishes. The tasting menu and pairing are well matched. The staff is very attentive and the atmosphere of this small restaurant was very pleasant. I strongly recommend trying this place.

The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the 16 dishes that were served to us throughout the course of the meal. Each dish was prepared with great care and attention to detail, and we were even treated to stories about the origins and preparation of each one. I was particularly impressed by the use of preserves in many of the dishes, which added a unique and delicious flavor.

One of the restaurant's standout was the fresh uncooked seafood, and I must say that it did not disappoint. The seafood was of the highest quality, and the flavors were so fresh and vibrant that it was hard to believe we were dining in the heart of the city.

Despite the high quality of the food, what really set this restaurant apart was the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. There was no sense of snobbery or pretension here, just a genuine desire to ensure that each and every customer had a great time. The staff went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable and happy, and it really made for a memorable dining experience.

This restaurant has clearly cemented its place as one of the finest restaurants in Copenhagen. The entire experience was wonderful, the space was warm and welcoming and showcased different elements, representing the cuisine. The staff was clearly from different parts of the world, but all very knowledgeable and happy and excited to share my experience.

The food was presented, wonderfully by different chefs, including the head chef. Experience was wonderful and the food was exceptional. This place is absolutely deserving of all of its recognitions, as well as its stars from the Michelin guide.

If I tell you that the tastes of this restaurant take you to paradise, you won't believe me. The food is amazing as is the story and the staff. Don't hesitate to see the process behind the plates, the chefs literally "paint" the food. Attention to details is the key word that describes the whole experience. The staff deserves applause for their professionalism and the great job they do.
Get ready for a perfect culinary experience. My fiance and I had the most beautiful Valentine's Day experience here. 10/10
