This place is a pearl, they have a beautiful indoor space and a perfect outdoor space for the summer. I wish they had glutenfri beer. But the have natural vine, the best filter coffee and other beers. Im vegan and allergic to gluten, so the food is not for me. But I know from others that it's the best quality. i
I come for the atmosphere and coffee. The service is excellent.

Gaarden og Gaden provides excellent food in an unpretentious setting.

The set menu is filling, delicious, and fairly inexpensive (below 400 DKK for five courses). I also ordered oysters and calf's brain from the alacarte, as I wanted to try it. I was absolutely stuffed afterwards!

To go with the food, there's an extensive wine menu, a selection of excellent cocktails (I'd recommend the negroni), and also various beers.

Note that the place gets extremely busy on sunny days, as there's benches on the pavement with sun until late.

I was not supposed to go there, but i stop on my way and what a surprise.

First the place has a mix ambiance with Bar and the restaurant. Everything mixing good.

Second the dishes, i choice the Menu 5 courses and it was incredible!

Every dishes was a perfect combination for lot of ingredients, fresh food, and you can directly see the 2 cook in the restaurant background.

Service for a Brasserie is on Top, every server was nice, and they will explain every dishes, which is rare for this kind of place.

For the Price i find 390 with 2 glasses of wine is really fair ( i m a Swiss resident for me can be double price the same think)

A great recommendation from our hotel. We came for brunch and was not disappointed. Clearly a popular place by the amount of people waiting to be seated and we could see why. The small dishes selected from a great menu were lovely. Super tasty and filling. The staff were all lovely and friendly too. Another great place to eat in Copenhagen!

Outstanding. We came across this lovely restaurant by accident and will be back again! Fresh and carefully prepared food with attention to detail. Professional and attentative staff. Wonderful atmosphere. Crème brûlée to die for.

We had a five course tasting menu, shared among all the guest at the table - mostly vegetarian and really delecious! Didn't take the wine menu, but asked the waiter for suggestions, and got two different glasses that paired really well with with the food. Add to that a kind and professional service from the whole staff, a reasonable price and a good vibe from a full restaurant, and you get a five star rating :-)

We visited this place yesterday Sunday 23rd April at night and it was delicious and with the best service. The waiters with a great knowledge of wines and rums. Even though it looked like a busy evening, the chef Nicolas came to us and also to other tables to talk about food and the experience. Thank youuuu, we will be back!

As a Canadian here for work and who had his family visiting for a few days, we really appreciated this place. The atmosphere has a great vibe, cool music (70’s rock/pop), the food was novel and interesting (we got the 6 course option) and the service was the best I’ve experienced in Copenhagen. The server paired our courses with great wines. They also accommodated a 4 month old baby without issue. Highly recommend.

Vibrant place with atmosphere. On top of that great food and friendly service. We had the menu and really enjoyed the parade of dishes. They even had enjoyable natural wine.

Chill place to have a nice flavour experience, menu is wide and every plate has a story. We have been very well received and waiters are attentive. Wine, just delicious, we tried the one suggested by the waiter. definitely coming back and hope to see the new menu!

We had an amazing night! The menu was delicious, excellent service, do not miss out on this!! We could not believe how tasty everything was and don't skip on the desserts!!

The service feels friendly and relaxed, as you are a regular customer although it is your first visit. The 5-course menu was one of the best food experiences I had in Copenhagen. Very cosy and a bit "jazzy" atmosphere, cool enough to just hang out and try one of the all organic natural wines and indulge in some people spotting. Well worth a visit for dinner!
