a place with a perfect Scandinavian atmosphere, friendly service. Unfortunately, the halloumi sandwich could have been better, the sauce was very heavy and I felt like I ate a chain hamburger. If I ever come back here, it will be mainly for the coffee because it was really 10/10. The place is full of people all the time.

A cute little brunch spot with a community table concept. The food and coffee was fairly priced for Copenhagen. The service was quite efficient and the food portions were good.

Great cafe! The breakfast was really delicious, still can’t forget that almond croissant.

However, the bathroom was under construction, hence 4 stars for the service(

Great interior. Friendly barrista. Top coffee (great selection) and pastry. Nice ambient with jazz music. Lovely guests. We had a great time.

I got the avocado, salmon, & poached egg toast…. It. Was. Incredible. The portion size was much bigger than I expected! My friend got the scrambled eggs with bacon and sausage and loved it. We came while the front was under construction, so it wasn’t busy and the service was very fast. A quaint cafe with antique/thrifted furniture that gives it a cozy and warm atmosphere. It was on the more expensive side, but being so close to Christiansborg Palace I wasn’t shocked.

Breakfast was exceptional here especially if you are looking to eat local Danish dishes with fresh ingredients in the city center. We opted out of the basic continental buffet hotel breakfast for something more Danish like the Smorrebrod. A layered but unfussy open-faced sandwich. Great idea because the food was delicious. I was looking for a great breakfast or lunch/brunch menu and came upon Kompa '9 with high ratings. The ambiance was cozy & warm, a place you could sip a warm cup of coffee with your smorrebrod. The staff was friendly. Indoor or outdoor seating. I ordered the avocado poached egg - delicious with fresh ingredients. My young son and husband shared the morning complete. It was like getting a surprise out of your meal. You don't know what to expect. This was our first breakfast/brunch restaurant since arriving in Copenhagen. It's definitely a nice find for breakfast. Looking forward to another day of brunch here.

Definitely my favorite place in Copenhagen ❤ It has a unique artsy vibe thanks to beautiful vintage furniture and paintings. Looking forward to coming back one day.

The Service was good. Very tasty and fresh food. Several vegetarian dishes to choose from. You can sit inside or outside. Better to reserve a table for breakfast, the restaurant is not big.. Value for money is good. Very good breakfast spot. Highly recommended.

An excellent brunch local restaurant in the central area of Copenhagen. We found this place with an interesting interior design mix of Berlin and Iceland, with super tasty food and very good prices.
We went for the salmon on toast with the extra avocado and eggs, oatmeal and cappuccino.

The host is super friendly and the food was done quite fast, they have wifi and we really loved that they were using real candles for light.
I also like the interior design, vintage, kinda Berlin style and also very clean. Overall a very nice experience if you are in the central area. I highly recommend it A+.

Breakfast, brunch, lunch, coffee, & tea! This is such a great casual, yet posh cafe. Each dish is very appealing visually and oh so delicious. I visited Copenhagen for 3 days and ate here 2x. The poached egg breakfast dish is like a breakfast avocado toast, it’s topped off with seeds and seasoning. Scrambled eggs were great too. Definitely options for vegetarians.

Best sandwich I had in a long time. Very nice honey mustard dressing, on rye wheat bread that was toasted. Just perfect.

Great breakfast in a super cozy spot. I loved the wood stove, which kept me nice & warm after walking around in the cold. I had the eggs, sausage & bacon, which came with a dark rye toast that was delicious. Very friendly server!

The food is absolutely amazing and the staff is super nice! The coffee was okay, but I’m very picky about the way I like my coffee so overall everything was amazing. The atmosphere here is very nice, I definitely recommend it for brunch/lunch etc

Healthy and delicious breakfast. The ingredients they use are simple and high quality. Loved the rustic cottage core vibe and the staff was very friendly.

Would definitely recommend paying a visit. It is quite small and can get a little busy. Would recommend going early.

I recently had breakfast at Kompa'9 and it was an amazing experience. The food was delicious, with a great variety of sweet and savory breakfast dishes. My favorite was the smoked salmon sandwich with wholemeal bread and the porridge was also really tasty. The coffee was also on point - really good quality and great flavor. The service was also friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Kompa'9 for a great breakfast and brunch experience!

This is a very lovely brunch place with many tasty dishes. I had oatmeal with less sugar, which was absolutely delicious compared to the standard hotel breakfast
