Great location to have a coffee or a drink surrounded by books, just like in a library. Beautiful and hygge place.
The Chai Latte was superb! 6-7€ for a coffee though, come prepared!

the interior is super unique and there are several places to sit (but it does get busy!). a bonus to the internal vibe is the food and drinks, which taste really nice and the portions are super reasonable! came back a few times during our holiday in Copenhagen because of the nice atmosphere :)

An amazing place. You can have here a dinner, lunch or coffee in a kind of perfect styled library atmosphere even If the most books are obvious decoration. There also sample copies in the different looking rooms. And there is even an antiquarian bookstore in the basement. It is usually highly frequented for different reasons.

Very nice coffee & restaurant. You can work on your laptop or even play board games with your friends. Could be crowded but not especially noisy still. The atmosphere is very nice, filled with books and the waitresses are friendly. Beware that portions are quite big

Located in a nice, central area in Copenhagen. Very good food quality, unique aesthetic and design with bookcases and elegant details all around the Café.

Usually busy, but can be fairly chill Monday-Thursday, suitable for relaxing and studying/reading.

Beautiful location to have a nice brunch outside, or in the picturesque library interior. Food was very nice, diverse and presented beautifully. The kind waiters always had a smile on their faces and served us in a fast manner. - Note: you have to order at the bar!

Wonderful spot for lunch and book browsing. I had the risotto special and it did not disappoint. Very warming on a chilly day.

Beautiful place, very relaxing atmosphere, delicious avocado toast. I recommend to sit upstairs because there less people passing next to you. You have to order at the bar and they will bring food at your table.

I went there on a Sunday morning and it was really good. The place is quite big but has a very cozy vibe. It has shells filled with books on their walls. If you order something simple ( like coffee or pastries) they give it to you the moment you pay, otherwise they bring it to your table (like sandwiches or lunch plates). I had a cappuccino and a chocolate croissant that were delicious. I paid 70dkk. The prices are between regular and expensive depending on what you order.
The tables are a little close to each other and the bathroom cleaning could improve, but besides that everything else was really nice.
If you’re thinking of going there for work or study just notice that on busy days they put a sign that says no laptops or tablets because they have a lot of people coming in and out all the time.

Wow! The brunch is simply amazing here. Delicious, healthy food and the portions are enormous.

Books and food...what a perfect combination. Paludan has great food and a cozy atmosphere. We stopped for brunch with friends and enjoyed the Paludan Brunch plate, a cafe latte and a latte macchiato. The food was very fresh and the coffee was on point. Portion sizes are good for one person. The staff are very friendly and bring the food to your table as well as clear your plates when you are finished. The cafe/store is pretty large; so there is plenty of space to sit down and enjoy the day. I would definitely return. Thank you for a great experience.

This place is fantastic. Staff are very nice and the ambient is perfect. It is located near the Copenhagen university and you can interact with many international students and visitors. The lasagna is absolutely delicious. Almost all the dishes are great with a good selection of food in their menu. The atmosphere is good to relax and grab a book to read if you wish.

I love this place! The food is abundant and delicious. I always order sandwiches, nachos or fries, as options to share. The cakes are delicious, as well as the coffee.
There is free and easy access water. Usually, I’m going without reservation because the place is quite big.

We came here to study on a Monday afternoon. It was quiet! The place has loads of seating and loads of books around you. We had a hot chocolate and ice coffee. The experience we had here was great and the drinks were nice - you can get your own syrup (don’t need to pay extra!!). Great atmosphere for studying and catching up with friends.

However I was suprised at the limited drinks menu and the fact that they don’t do decaf coffee? Seems like a must!

A wonderful and cozy place! I was looking a for an easy going place to have dinner and was more than happy to have found this gem. Food was amazing and service was very friendly. Highly recommend.

This place is exceptional. Deceptively large and chic inside and you are made to feel you can stay as long as you like. Brunch my personal favourite in eclectic Danish style feeling like 3 courses in one. Truly excellent food

An amazing spot for a low key meal. The menu is varied and amazing. The weekly special when I went was a chicken and mushroom risotto, which was lovely.

Set in a library, the laid back intimate scene for dining works so well for a comfy step out to work, or to quietly chat amongst friend. With multiple small rooms you can select the environment and vibe you are wanting for the evening and enjoy reasonably priced quality food.
