It does not matter how many exquisite Michelin star restaurants you have dined in before. This is an experience like no other, with associations of flavours you could never have conceived but a purity, a freshness, a creativity that leaves you speechless. The sommelier and the staff are equally extraordinary and passionate. Do try the homemade kombuchas, elixirs like no others, such as the one made with 5 type of cherries and lilac. I have been to unique restaurants in my life but this, this is my all world favourite.

Get ready to have your tastebuds challenged. For every serving local products arranged in surprising combinations lead you down surprising paths. In other words- amazing food combined with surprising wine or fruit/combucha juice prepared by some of the best vagatarian/vegan chefs. The restaurant staff deserves acclamation as well

Very well thought out, tasteful, surprising menu, served in a nice atmosphere by a great host, and accompanied by natural BUT very well chosen wines and juices. Produce from own grounds and immediate surroundings. One of my best dining experiences in recent years, and entirely vegetarian. What more can I say? Well worth a visit!!

The best food experience in my life!! Service is 5 star+!! Even though we came without reservation they made sure we felt welcome. We didn't know that this place is vegetarian only, but if You have any allergies or intolerances You have to tell it in advance and when we said that we are vegan they asked kitchen to make vegan options, but couldn't promise anything, but I'm sure our vegan option was even better that original one even though chefs were improvising!! It was absolutely AMAZING! Sometimes it was even impossible to tell what You are eating even though You know that vegetable very well. They do absolute magic with food! Everything is so tasty and balanced, from the taste till the size of a portion and number of dishes! And everything they use for cooking they grow themselves! Absolutely LOVED IT! THANK YOU!

Quite amazing. Very high standards. While some of the dishes are experimental they are perfectly executed. Very enjoyable stay. Closest comparison in DK must be Relæ in Copenhagen, but at Moment the dishes are actually better executed (but the service less formal/upscale, which is likely why there’s no full Michelin star at moment). Tip: if the weather is for it ask for the garden seating it compliments the food experience nicely.

Incredible eco-restaurant in tranquil surroundings. Restaurant Moment is located in Friland, a pioneering village that proves you can build efficient and modern houses with local materials and Moment perfectly encapsulates that with its food. The food is New Nordic with using unusual local ingredients in creative ways and the results are delicious. There's a large list of Natural Wine, or Moment's own fermented drinks (haven't tried the latter). The supply chain is firstly based on their own large greenhouse, then partnerships with local organic and biodynamic producers and lastly organic products from other places. Moment is one of my favourite and comparable to Relæ in Copenhagen. Highly recommended!
