Trapholt Museum for Modern Art and Design

Trapholt is always worth a visit, and right now its a must! They have an exibit with Nanna Ditzel a danish design icon, the show is gorgeous, and child friendly, please go see it.
And in the restaurant you an get "the Ditzel high Tea" its very very good, in beautiful surroundings👏

The internationally renowned museum of modern art, craft and design, Trapholt, is situated in gorgeous surroundings by Kolding Fjord. The museum featuring paintings and sculptures made by famous international and Danish artists. Its a must visit place in Denmark 🇩🇰. Highly recommended.

Amazing museum. Nice variation of (interactive) expositions + a fun workshop. Suitable and enjoyable for kids. Friendly staff.

If you like design, this museum is a must.

Very interesting exhibition with lots of colours. If you do not know how to decorate the interior of your house or your night club, lots of ideas are here. I am not a big fun of the 60's nor 70's , but for the first time I enjoyed seeing some art pieces from those periods.

Nice museum in a gorgeous setting above Kolding fjord with contemporary art and design classics like Arne Jacobsen. Well worth a visit, entrance fee was 60 DKR , reduced due to redecorating.

Stopped here because of the rain but would recommend a visit even when it is sunny. A rare collection of many types of contemporary work including Arne Jacobsen FlexCube.

Great modern art museum with an exciting collection and some nice interactive exhibitions.

If you are wild with design, so this is the place.
Different kind of design, from fashion until furnitures. I was lost in mind, when I was there. I was enjoying myself. The souvenir shop isn't too bad, but hopefully more unique as it's Design museum.

A wonderful insight to contemporary Art, design and Architecture. The building and grounds are interesting in them self and the museum has an extensive changing exhibition program I strongly recommend to watch the website for information on what is on.

A wonderful Interactive museum with a lot of interesting exhibitions from various artists. I would recommend this museum to anyone who wants to experience some lovely art and some interesting exhibitions.

Fine modern art museum with beautiful exhibitions and several Interactive exhibits. Nice café with a view. We spent about 3 hours here but could have easily spent a couple more.
