Rib House

Nice and cozy place. The way to order with bingo leaflets is a bit strange, but it works. I visited Rib House Hilleröd in early February. Food and drinks were really good and steaks were delicious.

During my team dinner at Rib House restaurant in Hillerød, I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing history of this old establishment. They are renowned for their traditional Danish cuisine, and their delicious ribs lived up to the reputation. The restaurant offered spacious outdoor and indoor seating options, providing a comfortable and pleasant dining environment. The staff members were very nice and provided excellent service throughout our visit. The food was undeniably delicious, leaving us with a memorable dining experience. I would gladly visit Rib House again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a taste of Danish culinary delights in a charming and historic setting.

Some of the best food I've had in Denmark so far. So full of flavor

We went there at noon to see the table we had booked for New Year's Eve and we liked it very much. When we went for dinner in the evening, they said that they gave our table to someone else, so they would give another table upstairs. and we did not like the place of this table at all. It was an unpleasant behavior that could be done for New Year's dinner. The friendliness of the service staff, good service and the taste of the food were great.

1st place that we actually found the food with very reasonable price. Biggest baked potato I ever seen. The kids even get their own menu and set of toys.
Wide range of choices. A must try diner if you're visiting Federiksborg castle for a day.

The restaurant overlooks a small lake around the Fredericksburg castle,The place is quiet and has a pleasant view. The salmon I ordered was delicious. The prices are normal for Danemark

In a town where everything is closed during the weekend, this restaurant seemed like my only option. In those cases, my expectations are not high. This was not the case. Food and service was outstanding.

The ribs are juicy and tasty.

We went here for ribs and oh boy they were awesome! We took a large portion to share for 2 people, the price is around 175 DKK which is quite a good deal for Denmark. Ribs weren't fat, they tasted softly on the inside and crispy outside and I really loved the quality of meat.
There's also salad bar available and some desserts, but I haven't tried those.

The steak and spareribs are very nice considering the price is only 90-110dkk. The side dish are also of high quality. Environment ok with a lake view and the castle. Staff are friendly. Thumbs up👍🏼

Nice and fresh Danish style shrimp and fish. Reasonable price especially lunch menu.

If you come to Frederiksborg Castle you must try it (Rib House) 1 it was very very perfect and delicious

What a great meal, if l could give more than 5 stars l would. You can always tell when thought and care have been used. Great food, beautifully cooked, excellent portions too. There is a buffet type salad bar too, and the picture l have attached speaks volumes. Worth a trip from Copenhagen for this alone...Brilliant.

Great food. But i dont want yo be pushed for tip money when i was paying by card. According to the not so friendly girl, when i was paying, it was not possible to skip that part. I will be free to decide whether to give a tip or not. But the food is amazing.

Good food and service,and it seems to be very popular among the locals. Sometimes they have jazz performance going on as well.
