Lovely space. You order through tick boxes on the menu, which is a lovely fresh idea. There are set prices for 3, 5, and 7 items which is great for a group of people with varying appetites.

Coffee is decent, they have a La Marzocco machine.

Service was nice-- if you order a filter coffee it comes with refills and the staff are attentive in filling it up.

Portions are about right to sample different food but also leave full.

Lovely space, would definitely recommend. Book to avoid disappointment as it is very popular.

Only downside was the state of the toilets -- there were tissues everywhere when I went in and the floor was wet, indicative of it being a while since they were checked.

Visited with my family during our Denmark trip. The breakfast / brunch was outstanding. So many options and such good food. It was a nice combination of healthy items and indulging desserts. The place was packed and the service was okay, but the food unforgettable. Plenty of vegetarian options that we cherished.

Fantastic food and it is very authentic and traditional danish restaurant.

Although it is a chained restaurant, it is very famous and popular around Copenhagen. We arrived at around 11:30 in the morning and still had to wait for 30 minutes before having a seat.

We had breakfast there and it was sooooo good! All fresh and I love the tapas style. My plate was gluten-free, they have a lot of options. The only thing is, that they don’t serve gluten-free bread. That is something they should improve. At least offer some crackers. But all in all 100% recommendation. 🤤

This place serves an excellent brunch. You select or "compose" your brunch from a pallette of small dishes. All the "usual suspects" are found and also some unusual ones. Everything is tasteful and very well presented...prices are really fair too...highly recommend ❤

Had breakfast at Mad & Kaffe Vesterbro. Great breakfast, had the sausages, bacon, bread, croissant and avocado. My partner had the scrambled egg, chicken nugget and it was all incredible! Must visit if in Copenhagen. Staff were very nice and helpful 😊

Nice brunch, good taste and nice gimmick but the portion is way too small, if ur very hungry, 3dishes weren't enough 😅 I love the cheese sausage , yummy😋😋

We were strolling through the neighborhood looking for a breakfast place and came across this brunch restaurant. Before ordering you will get a paper menu where you can tick boxes of what you want for breakfast. You can choose between a selection of 3, 5 or 7 options. We had the rye porridge which was very delicious but a little bit too sweet maybe, the scrambled eggs which were served with parmeggiano cheese, the cream cheese which had some pepper in it, the gammel knas(danish cheese) with bread and the avocado. Everything was very delicious and we liked that the food came on a board with little bowls. The service was also very good and the whole location was cosy. Only minus point for atmosphere is that the tables are very close to one another but I guess that’s fine.

Came here for brunch with some friends while visiting Copenhagen, and it was a fantastic breakfast! We loved that you could pick what you wanted and the number of items (3, 5 or 7). We each got 3 and felt it was enough to fill us! 😊

A must breakfast/brunch place when in Copenhagen. They had the best breakfast/brunch. I went back in December and absolutely enjoyed the whole experience. I would suggest a weekday versus the weekend because it gets pretty full fast. We went around 10am on a weekday and had to wait in line for about 20-30min outside but it was worth the wait. The food and coffee were too notch.

The people that work in this place are so nice. They explained how this whole concept works. I got the 3 items and I truly enjoyed the experience. Danish in general are just so genuine people. They want you to enjoy yourself. Come early bc by the time I left, the line was almost around the place!

We came here for brunch and it was absolutely unreal. We did have to wait outside for 20 mins or so but it was so worth the wait. Would recommend the chicken nugget, oatmeal and greek inspired yogurt. Best brunch of Copenhagen hands down.

One of the best brunch ever! You don't need to book at least during week day. They have some options in the menu but all of them was great!!

we were a bigger group and had to book in advance. The variety of dishes were all delicious and was perfect for the different dietry requirements we had. Interior is simple and beautiful, the staff extremly helpful and friendly. We had a great late lunch at this place and would book it again!

A great place with quite tasty and well-presented food. Very friendly staff. Good atmosphere inside with music, but very crowded and loud.

So delicious we came here for breakfast twice in less than a week! Choose from 3, 5, or 7 items — a broad selection of sweet and savory including fresh preparations of vegetables, fruit, dairy, meat. Everything comes on a beautifully composed board. There were many guests celebrating special occasions with their family when we were there our second time and I can see why! It’s a special place. You won’t regret coming here. Take your time, savor your brunch, relax and let them take care of you.

Best best best breakfast in my opinion. Love their concept, love the ambiance, love the service. The breakfast was just to die for. Worth the wait since they are very popular.

Best breakfast spot!
We really liked the chicken nugget and the crispy sunchokes (recommendation of our waitress) but really everything was delicious! Also friendly staff. I would definetly come back when I'm in Kopenhagen.
